There have been four Ministers of Health & Wellness in the Stelmach and Redford governments.
Each of these ministers have stonewalled Albertans and shown gross lack of accountability. The ministers are, in chronologic order:
1. Dave Hancock: - Refused to acknowledge receipt of numerous Registered Letters over a five month period; refused to answer important questions; refused to comment on the contents of Dr. Anderson's three documents; refused to comment on the contents of postings on Blog Site:

Dave Hancock did send Dr. Anderson three letters as follows:
- dated Nov. 27/07 - letter labelled by Albertans as "FLUFF".
- dated Dec. 27/07 - letter labelled by Albertans as "DISMISSAL OF DR. ANDERSON".
- dated Mar. 25/08 - letter labelled by Albertans as "PASS THE BUCK" to his successor -
Ron Liepert.
2. Ron Liepert: Refusal to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters from Dr. Anderson concerning "Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering". Never any contact with Dr. Anderson.
3. Gene Zwozdesky: Refusal to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters concerning wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities. Never any contact with Dr. Anderson.
4. Fred Horne: Refusal to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters concerning wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities. Never any contact with Dr. Anderson.

" Please find enclosed a copy of my Registered Letter to you dated October 21, 2011. I have not received from you your acknowledgement of receipt of this letter as I had requested.
I have produced three documents that expose wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities within the Health Care System of Alberta. These documents are the following:
1. Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions.
2. The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock.
3. The Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock.
Your predecessors in the portfolio of Minister of Health & Wellness - D. Hancock, R. Liepert & G. Zwosdesky - have failed to acknowledge possession of these documents and refuse to comment on the contents. Albertans are asking you to
'break ranks' with you predecessors.

Anderson and his acknowledgment of the wrongdoing by authorities in the Alberta Health Care System. Following are copies of Dr. Anderson's letter of May 28 & Hon. K. Hon. Dave Hancock & Hon. Ron Liepert are guilty of criminal negligence while serving as Ministers of Health & Wellness in the Stelmach Government. This criminal behavior has never been addressed.

Although being fully informed by Dr. Anderson of severe wrongdoing within the Health Care System of Alberta, no Health Care Authority, including Premier Stelmach & Cabinet (which included Alison Redford), & the Health Quality Council of Alberta dares to comment on the contents of the above three documents.
Dr. Anderson sent the following letter to all MLAS on May 28, 2011: "As you are aware, there is a serious problem of WRONGDOING involving the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta. Among the replies was a letter dated June 15/11 from Pearl Calahasen, MLA Lesser Slave Lake Constituency which states: "Thank you for your recent letter regarding the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta. Your information has been shared with my constituents".
The only reply from the Stelmach Cabinet was a letter from Hon. Ken Kowalski dated June 7/11 which states: "Thank you for your letter date May 28, 2011 regarding the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta. Please be assured that I appreciate your comments in this regard. Again, thank you for sharing this information with me". Hon. Kowalski copied his letter to Hon. G. Zwozdesky, Minister of Health & Wellness (even though Dr. Anderson had sent his letter dated May 28/11 to all MLAS, which of course included Hon. Zwozdesky)
Hon. Kowalski has not informed Dr. Anderson if he has shared this information with other Albertans other than Hon. Zwozdesky.
It is noteworthy, that Dr. Anderson received no reply from Premier Stelmach or any of his three Ministers of Health & Wellness (Hon. Zwozdesky, Hon.Liepert, Hon. Hancock) nor Alison Redford.
Albertans trust that Hon. F. Horne, the current Minister of Health & Wellness will not stonewall Albertans on their Health Care as was so painfully experienced from former Premier Stelmach and his three Ministers of Health & Wellness, Hon. Zwozdesky, Hon. Liepert, Hon. Hancock).
Albertans trust that the current Minister of Justice & Attorney General, Hon. V. Olson will not stonewall Albertans such as Ron Stevens (Previous Minister of Justice) painfully stonewalled Dr. D. Anderson in the past.

I have reveived no acknowledgment of receipt of my letter of Sept 26/11 addressed as URGENT to Alison Redford and delivered by me to the Edmonton Campaign Office to Alison Redford shortly before her expected arrival to this office on Sept. 26/11.
I would suggest that you review Alison Redford's Web Site (www.alisonredford.ca) on her stand on AN INDEPENDENT HEALTH QUALITY COUNCIL (HQC) for Albertans and her strong stand on the need for an OPEN PUBLIC JUDICIAL INQUIRY into the ills that plague the Alberta Health Care System. My proof of wrongdoing of Medical Doctors within the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta as well as the proven wrongdoing of three Ministers of Health and Wellness in the Stelmach Cabinet, further stengthens Alison Redford's above stand for the need of an Independent HQC and a Judicial Inquiry.
All Albertans should be informed of this serious wrongdoing in their Health Care System and the proposed action to correct this wrongdoing. ALBERTANS REQUIRE ACTION FROM THE EDITORIAL STAFF OF THE EDMONTON JOURNAL to publish this information for Albertans before the new Premier of Alberta is 'crowned' 0n ) October 1, 2011.

As of today none of the six candidates competing for leadership of the Progressive Conservative Party of Alberta (which was won by Alison Redford) has had the courage or courtesy to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters sent to them detailing WRONGDOING WITHIN THE ALBERTA MEDICARE SYSTEM:
THESE CANDIDATES WERE:
1. Alison Redford - Elected Leader of P.C. Party of Alberta.
2. Gary Mar - Minister of Health in Ralph Klein Government.
3. Doug Horner - Deputy Premier to Premier Ed Stelmach.
4. Ted Morton - Minister of Finance in Stelmach Government.
5. Rick Orman - Cabinet Minister in previous Alberta Government.

My proof of wrongdoing of Medical Doctors within the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta as well as the proven wrongdoing of three Ministers of Health and Wellness in the Stelmach Cabinet, further stengthens Alison Redford's above stand for the need of an Independent HQC and a Judicial Inquiry.

Dr. Anderson sent this letter to all MLAS of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta which resulted in positive action by MLAS who informed many of their constituents of this wrongdoing. Hon. Ken Kowalski recognized this wrongdoing in his reply to Dr. Anderson and sent a copy of his letter to Hon. G. Zwozdesky. Hon. G. Zwozdesky failed to acknowledge receipt of Dr. Anderson's letter. This means PATIENTS NEEDS SUPERSEDE - AMA needs; CPSA needs; HQCA needs

It is clear that the HQCA is not a suitable body to expose the ills of the Health Care System of Alberta. An Open Public Judicial Inquiry is essential. I look forward to your reply to this letter and trust that you are able to obtain answers from

Dr. Patrick White (President of the AMA) sent the following letter to Dr. Douglas Anderson
dated July 21, 2011:
" I was asked to respond to your registered mail package containing letters about your concerns with the functioning of the College of Physicians & Surgeons and the Alberta Government. The Alberta Medical Association does not have the mandate to follow up on your request. Accordingly, we are returning your correspondence".
The letterhead on AMA stationery states " PATIENTS FIRST " Registered Trade Mark.
This means PATIENTS NEEDS SUPERSEDE - AMA needs; CPSA needs; HQCA needs
& Stelmach Government needs.
The Website of the AMA states:

It is obvious that the concerns of all Albertans on the wrongdoing of the CPSA and HQCA fall within the "Mandate" of the AMA.
Dr. Anderson's letter to Dr. White darted June 27, 2011 states:
"I am a retired Ophthalmologist having conducted my surgery in Edmonton for over 30 years before retirement. I am very concerned about the wrongdoing of the CPSA and the HQCA. SHAME ON TWO DEANS OF MEDICINE

WHO ARE THESE DEANS? WHY SHAME?
Both Deans of Medicine at the University of Alberta, have compromised their ethics and morals; one before a class of graduating medical students and the other before all Albertans.
These deans are Dr. Philip Baker and Dr. Lorne Tyrrell.
DR. PHILIP BAKER
Dr. Baker resigned his position of Dean of Medicine & Dentistry, University of Alberta on June 17, 2011. His reason for resigning was that his address to the graduating class of Medical
Students was plagiarized from a speech by Dr. Atul Gawande (Stanford University). In his resignation he was most apologetic and remorseful to the students and the University of Alberta.
His resignation was accepted by the University of Alberta, His penalty fort this outrageous act is -
the University of Alberta has granted him a FOUR MONTH LEAVE OF ABSENCE WITH FULL PAY before returning to the University of Alberta as a professor. Some penalty - a four month holiday with pay!
What meaning does Morals & Ethics have for the University of Alberta?
DR. LORNE TYRRELL
This man has shamed himself before all Albertans. He is a former Dean of the College of Medicine & Dentistry of the University of Alberta. He is currently Chair of the Health Quality Council of Alberta.
He is willfully hiding from Albertans, wrongdoing of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta. He has compromised his morals and ethics and has failed in his responsibility in the Health Care of Albertans.
DEANS IN ACADEMIA (past and present) must display rigid morals and ethics to students and all citizens. These two former deans have failed.
Albertans demand that the University of Alberta deal firmly with breaches of ethics and morality within the university.
