HON. ZWOZDESKY SILENT ON WRONGDOING - WHY?

                   HON. GENE ZWOZDESKY IGNORS WRONGDOING OF
     COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS OF ALBERTA (CPSA), AND
  WRONGDOING OF HEALTH QUALITY COUNCIL OF ALBERTA (HQCA)

Dr. Douglas Anderson has sent three letters to Hon. G. Zwozdesky, Minister of Health and Wellness, concerning wrongdoing of CPSA and HQCA. Unfortunately all three letters have been ignored - Why?

LETTER DATED MAY 28, 2011
Dr. Anderson sent this letter to all MLAS of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta which resulted in positive action by MLAS who informed many of their constituents of this wrongdoing. Hon. Ken Kowalski recognized this wrongdoing in his reply to Dr. Anderson and sent a copy of his letter to Hon. G. Zwozdesky.  Hon. G. Zwozdesky failed to acknowledge receipt of Dr. Anderson's letter.  This letter of May 28/11 states:

" As you are aware, there is a serious problem of WRONGDOING involving the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta. Would you kindly inform your constituents of this wrongdoing by directing them to Blog Site:
Http://medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.com
This site details the wrongdoing. Would you please copy this letter to members of your constituency executive for distribution.  This will assist in informing Albertans"


LETTER DATED JUNE 29, 2011
The following Registered Letter was sent to Hon. G. Zwozdesky from Dr. D. Anderson:

" Please find enclosed a copy of the letter I sent to you at your Constituency Office dated May 28, 2011. Please find enclosed a copy of my letter to Dr. P. White, President of the Alberta Medical Association, dated June 27, 2011. 
Please find enclosed a copy of a letter from the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta (Ken Kowalski) to me dated June 7, 2011,and copied to you in which he recognizes wrongdoing by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta.  As Minister of Health & Wellness I am sure that you are very concerned about wrongdoing by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) and the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) as detailed at my Blog Site:Http://medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.com    Please find enclosed a copy of my Blog Posting of Jan. 27/11.
You are no doubt very concerned with the contents of my document 'Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions' which details STONEWALLING of Dr. Anderson's concerns by two previous Ministers of Health and Wellness along with their deputies in the Stelmach Government.
Would you kindly comment for Albertans on the contents of Dr. Anderson's three documents as detailed at the above site?
It is most important that all wrongdoing by CPSA & HQCA be shown clearly to Albertans so that proper corrections to the Health Care System in Alberta will be instituted. I (along with all Albertans) await your early reply to this letter".


LETTER DATED JULY 7, 2011
The following Registered Letter was sent to Hon. G. Zwozdesky from Dr. Anderson:

" I sent you a REGISTERED LETTER dated June 29, 2011 (copy enclosed). I closed this letter with - 'I (along with all Albertans) await your reply to this letter'.  In this letter I showed serious wrongdoing by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) & the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) with the following enclosures:
1.Letter  May 28/11: Dr. D. Anderson to Hon. G. Zwozdesky
2. Letter June 27/11: Dr. D. Anderson to Dr. P. White.
3. Letter June 7/11: Hon. K. Kowalski to Dr. D. Anderson.
4. Copy of Blog Posting Jan. 27/11 on Site:

Since my first letter to you dated May 28/11 (copy enclosed) I have received no communication from you!
ALBERTANS AWAIT YOUR EARLY REPLY TO THIS LETTER".


It would appear that  Hon. Gene Zwozdesky is continuing the same policy of STONEWALLING
Dr. Anderson as has been demonstrated in the past by Premier Ed Stelmach and two previous Ministers of Health & Wellness in the Stelmach Government, Hon. Dave Hancock and Hon. Ron Liepert.
