Premier Notley has made no contact with Surgeon Anderson since 2015 - why?
Her only strategy would appear to be prolonged stonewalling of Surgeon Anderson.
This strategy is cruel and cowardly and lacks honour.
Albertans expect honour from their premier.
Perhaps someday when Rachel becomes a regular citizen again, she will be able to say with sincerity - "Hello Douglas - how are you?".
