HONORABLE KEN KOWALSKI RECOGNIZES WRONGDOING


Hon. Ken Kowalski is a senior member of the Stelmach Cabinet and Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta.

On May 28, 2011  Dr. D. Anderson sent the following letter by regular mail to all MLAS of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, including Hon. Ken Kowalski and Hon. Gene Zwozdesky.

" As you are aware, there is a serious problem of WRONGDOING involving the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) and the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA).
Would you kindly inform your constituents of this wrongdoing by directing them to Blog Site:

This site details the wrongdoing.
Would you please copy this letter to members of your constituency executive for distribution.  This will assist in informing Albertans".

A letter from Hon. Ken Kowalski to Dr. Anderson dated June 7, 2011 follows:

" Thank you for your letter date May 28, 2011 regarding the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta.  Please be assured that I appreciate your comments in this regard.  Again, thank you for sharing this information with me".
Hon. K Kowalski copied this letter to his cabinet colleague Hon. G. Zwozdesky.


Albertans conclude that Hon. Ken Kowalski recognizes WRONGDOING of the CPSA & HQCA and wishes to share his recognition with Hon. G. Zwozdesky.

Dr. Anderson sent the following Registered Letter to Hon. G. Zwozdesky dated June 29, 2011 (copied to Dr. P. White ( President of the Alberta Medical Association):

" Please find enclosed a copy of the letter I sent to you at your Constituency Office dated May 28, 2011.
Please find enclosed a copy of my letter to Dr. P. White, President of the Alberta Medical Association, dated June 27, 2011.  Please find enclosed a copy of a letter from the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta (Hon. Ken Kowalski) to me dated June 7, 2011 and copied to you in which he recognizes wrongdoing by the CPSA & the HQCA.

As Minister of Health & Wellness I am sure that you are very concerned about wrongdoing of the CPSA & the HQCA as detailed at my Blog Site:

You are no doubt very concerned with the contents of my document " Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions " which details the STONEWALLING  of Dr. Anderson's concerns by two previous Ministers of Health & Wellness along with their deputies in the Stelmach Government.

Would you kindly comment for Albertans on the contents of Dr. Anderson's three documents as detailed at the above blog site?

It is most important that all wrongdoing by CPSA & HQCA be shown clearly to Albertans so that proper corrections to the Health Care System in Alberta will be instituted.
