Verlyn Olson is the third minister of Justice (preceded by Alison Redford and Ron Stevens) to accept proven wrongdoing by authorities within the Health Care System of Alberta. Each of these three individuals refuse to comment on:
1. Dr. D. Anderson's three documents.
2. The Contents of any or all of the Blog Postings at:

The following is a copy of the Registered Letter that Dr. D. Anderson sent to Hon. V. Olson dated
December 7, 2011:
"I am very disturbed by the STONEWALLING I have received by your two predecessors, Ron Stevens & Alison Redford, from this office which you now occupy - Minister of Justice and Attorney General.
This stonewalling is recorded. I would suggest that you review this record. You are the third minister to occupy this office since this stonewalling began. I hope that you will not continue this unacceptable practice.

LETTERS FROM DR. D. ANDERSON TO A. REDFORD
Copies of the last two Registered Letters dated Nov. 11 & Nov. 23, 2011.
You were appointed Minister of Justice by Premier Stelmach after Alison Redford resigned from this portfolio in order to launch her campaign to be the next premier of Alberta. Since your appointment I have sent you the following letters & information:
1. My letter to all MLAS in the Legislative Assembly of Alberta dated May 28/11 which states in part - 'As you are aware, there is a serious problem of WRONGDOING involving the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta ..'
2. Email copies of many of my Blog Postings at the above Blog Site.
3. Copy of Blog Posting dated October 20/11 - 'Criminals Sit in Redford's Cabinet' sent to you by Registered Mail
(copy enclosed).
I have yet to receive any reply from you - why?
Refusal to acknowledge receipt of registered letters concerning wrongdoing by authorities within the Health Care System of Alberta is the antithesis of good government and democracy.
Any government official who is guilty of refusal to acknowledge receipt of a Registered Letter addressed to that official concerning serious wrongdoing within the Health Care System of Alberta, is showing gross lack of accountability.
Unfortunately, two Premiers of Alberta and several ministers in their cabinets are guilty of this wrongdoing.
Albertans insist that you, as their Minister of Justice, take action against this irresponsible and undemocratic performance of Premiers Redford & Stelmach and their respective cabinets. Albertans await your prompt reply"
The following is a copy of an anonymous letter dated Dec. 19/11 sent to Dr. D. Anderson from the Department of Justice -
"We acknowledge receipt of your follow up letters dated November 23, 2011 and December 7, 2011 addressed and copied to Hon. Alison Redford, Q.C., Premier and to Hon. Verlyn Olson, Minister of Justice, regarding your complaints to the College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Please understand that as there is nothing further we can add to the information already provided, this will be our final reply on the matter. Your appropriate recourse, as suggested in previous replies sent to you,. including that of Minister Redford's letters of April 17, 2008 and July 29, 2008, is to seek legal advice and to pursue your matter through the appeal process of the College of Physicians and Surgeons. LEGAL SERVICES DIVISION - ALBERTA JUSTICE"
The following is a copy of Dr. D. Anderson's Registered Letter to Hon. V. Olson dated Jan.11/12:
"I have received an ANONYMOUS LETTER dated Dec. 19, 2011 (copy enclosed) from the Dept. of Justice, Government of Alberta in response to my Registered Letter to you dated December 7, 2011 (copy enclosed).
ALBERTANS WONDER WHY YOU WOULD NOT REPLY TO A PERSONAL REGISTERED LETTER. WHY WOULD YOU NOT REPLY WITH YOUR PERSONAL LETTER CONTAINING YOUR SIGNATURE?
An anonymous letter, introduced with 'WE' and unsigned, is quite inadequate.
This unsigned anonymous letter states - 'this will be our final reply on this matter'. The Dept. of Justice of the Government of Alberta has thereby officially dismissed Douglas L. Anderson, MD., FRCS(C).
This anonymous letter also states - 'your complaints to the College of Physicians & Surgeons--'. This letter fails to mention that I have recorded (Blog Postings) that I no longer launch complaints against four medical practitioners (as I feel they have learned from their mistakes). This anonymous letter fails to mention that my complaints are the following:
1. A breakdown in 'Self-Regulation' within the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta. The College STAFF conducted a totally flawed incompetent investigation of a patient's complaints and submitted lies to justify the closing of this patient's file and the College COUNCIL who hired the College Staff, refused to take action against their employees.
SELF-REGULATION FAILED.
Why has the Government of Alberta not taken action to correct this failure?
2. Why do the following Health Care Authorities within the Health Care System of Alberta refuse to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters concerning proven wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities, letters which ask for comments on DR. ANDERON'S THREE DOCUMENTS and the Posting on Blog Site - http://medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.com

Two Registered Letters were sent recently by Dr. D. Anderson to the following:
1. Dr. John Cowell - Dr. Cowell has not replied.
2. Dr. Lorne Tyrrell - The registered letter was returned to Dr. Anderson by Canada Post.
