PROVEN FACTS OF STONEWALLING BY STELMACH GOVERNMENT

1. PREMIER ED STELMACH has ignored numerous registered letters sent to him by Dr. Douglas Anderson concerning Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering (not even acknowledging receipt of letters).

2. THE HON. DAVE HANCOCK (Minister of Health & Wellness in the Stelmach Government),
ignored numerous registered letters sent to him by Dr. Douglas Anderson between June 29/ &
Nov. 21, 2007 concerning serious problems in the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta pertaining to Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering and a Breakdown in Self-regulation of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta. During this period, neither the Minister or his deputy, Ms. Paddy Meade acknowledged receipt of a single letter.

3. THE HON. RON LIEPERT (Minister of Health & Wellness in the Stelmach Government),
ignored all letters (Registered) sent to him by Dr. Douglas Anderson between Mar. 19 &
Sept.17, 2008 concerning the same problems referred to with Hon D. Hancock, above.
Hon. Ron Liepert and his deputy Ms. Linda Miller did not even extend the courtesy of acknowledging receipt of a single letter.

4. THE HON. GENE ZWOZDESKY - The current Minister of Health & Wellness in the Stelmach government has ignored Dr. Anderson's letters sent to him dated May 28/11, June 29/11 & July 7/11.
