CONDUCT DEPARTMENT OF LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA (LSA) RESPONDS TO SURGEON DOUGLAS L. ANDERSON
The Conduct Department of the Law Society of Alberta responded on January 2, 2019 by email with the following: - "WE acknowledge receipt of your email of December 29, 2019. As you were previously advised, your concerns relate to matters of government and the Law Society, therefore will be taking no action in this matter".
(Albertans note that there is no name attached to sender "WE". How can Albertans correspond with sender "WE")
CONDUCT DEPARTMENT OF THE LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERT FAILS TO ADDRESS IMPORTANT ISSUES
Albertans understand the following (1-7). Albertans ask the Law Society of Alberta (LSA) - is the following (1-7) an accurate understanding?
1. LSA has reviewed the contents of Blog Site -

2. LSA has reviewed blog postings pertaining to unprofessional conduct of member lawyer Rachel Anne Notley, Q.C. sent to it by Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson by Registered Letter dated October 6, 2018.
3. LSA agrees that these blog postings show unprofessional conduct by Alberta member lawyer Rachel Anne Notley, Q.C.
4. Rachel Anne Notley, Q.C. is a member of the LSA. She is both an Alberta Lawyer and a provincial politician (MLA in the Alberta Legislative Assembly).
5. LSA states that the information in blog postings that it received from Surgeon Anderson by Registered Mail (Oct. 6, 2018) did not --- " fall within the mandate of the Law Society of Alberta" and closed its file # CO20181906.
The LSA mandate apparently only recognizes NOTLEY "THE LAWYER" and not
NOTLEY "THE POLITICIAN"!
LSA recognizes two separate identities for one individual.
6. Albertans recognize one individual: MLA RACHEL ANNE NOTLEY, Q.C.
and deem this individual as guilty (in the Court of Public Opinion) of probable Criminal Negligence.
Albertans view this individual 24/7 and not the limited "shuttered view" of the LSA.
7. Albertans are asking the LSA to investigate this serious charge by Albertans against LSA member lawyer Rachel Anne Notley, Q.C.
ALBERTANS ASK THE LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA - IS THIS (1-7) AN ACCURATE UNDERSTANDING OF THIS SITUATION?
