1. Refusal to address the College of Physicians & Surgeon's (CPSA) failure to Self-Regulate in a manner that assures protection of the public. The CPSA has failed to protect the public.
2. Refusal to ever communicate with Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson on proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Alberta Health Care System. This prolonged stonewalling has been very stressful on Surgeon Anderson and his family in view of Surgeon Anderson's serious heart disease.
3. Refusal to address incriminating documents possessed by the Notley Government since May 2015.
4. Refusal to arrange a meeting with Surgeon Anderson to review his Private Documents that show in detail, wrongdoing by the CPSA.

Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson has tried to establish communication with Premier Notley, Hon. Hoffman & Hon. Ganley since the Notley Government came to power in May 2015.
Surgeon Anderson wishes to discuss proven serious wrongdoing by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA), the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) and Governments under premiers Stelmach, Redford, Hancock & Prentice.
Surgeon Anderson has provided documentation to support his accusation of wrongdoing. Details of this wrongdoing are recorded at Blog Site:

The Notley Government refuses to address this material & refuses to communicate with Surgeon Anderson. This has caused insomnia and constant stress on Surgeon Anderson which is extremely harmful to him. He is 83 years of age and has as serious heart disease.
DEFINITION OF CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE
Definition: Criminal Negligence is - "the reckless DISREGARD FOR THE LIVES OR SAFETY OF OTHER PERSONS".
The Notley Government (and the previous four Tory Governments before Notley) has shown Criminal Negligence in the following:
1. Allowing proven failure of the CPSA to self-regulate in a manner that assures public safety. The CPSA has failed to protect the public. This has not been rectified by the Notley Government.
2. Prolonged Stonewalling (yrs) of Surgeon Anderson concerning wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta.
Surgeon Anderson is 83 years of age and suffers from serious heart disease. Because of this stonewalling he has been under considerable stress with insomnia and has incurred considerable expense with the preparation and delivery of documents and sending of Registered Letters, all of which have been ignored.

Sarah Hoffman several times since July 13, 2016. There has been no response.

The Blog Posting of July 13, 2016 - titled "Appeal to all MLA'S: Please Address this Proven Wrongdoing by Alberta Health Care Authorities" - was sent by email to all Alberta MLAS multiple times with a request for a timely reply.
MLA Ron Orr replied by email on November 2, 2016 as follows:
"Thank you for contacting this office. I gather that you have some troublesome outstanding concerns. I appreciate your difficulty but I must advise you to contact the MLA for the riding in which you live.
I am not the critic of either Health or Justice and direct you to address your concerns to them.
Thank you again for making me aware of your concerns".
MLA RON ORR'S ADVICE TO SURGEON ANDERSON
1. "CONTACT THE MLA FOR THE RIDING IN WHICH YOU LIVE".
The MLA who should be representing Surgeon Anderson is Hon. Lori Sigurdson. Hon Sigurdson has been sent the Blog Post of July 13/16 numerous times by email and refuses to respond. Surgeon Anderson delivered incriminating documents in person on Sept. 7/16 to her Constituency Office at the request of her staff. Later, her staff informed Surgeon Anderson that these documents had been lost! On Oct. 24/16 Surgeon Anderson delivered duplicate documents to "Natasha" in Hon. Sigurdson's office.
At no time has Hon. Sigurdson contacted Surgeon Anderson!
