Marguerite Trussler, QC is the Ethics Commissioner of Alberta.
A Registered Letter was sent to Trussler, QC from Surgeon Anderson on January 14, 2015 containing evidence (with documentation) on severe wrongdoing (including breaches of ethics) by Health Care Authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta. This of course shows severe breaches of ethics by parliamentarians.
A letter from Commissioner Trussler, QC sent to Surgeon Anderson dated January 28, 2015 states:
" I am in receipt of your letter dated January 14, 2015. Your letter and enclosed materials make no specific allegations against current MLAs that fall within the Conflict of Interest Act.
As a result, I will not be conducting an investigation".
DID COMMISSIONER TRUSSLER (QUEENS COUNCIL) ASSESS INCRIMINATING MATERIAL?
Commissioner Trussler states that she requires "specific allegations against current MLAs" in order to proceed with conducting an investigation.
Did Commissioner Trussler, QC assess the incriminating material referenced to her that shows severe breaches of ethics by current MLAs as follows:

In order for Trussler, QC to proceed with an investigation into breaches of ethics she must receive specific allegations against current MLAs.

GUILTY OF SEVERE BREACHES OF ETHICS
In May 2014, Ric McIver, MLA; Thomas Lukaszuk, MLA and Jim Prentice, QC (Prentice gained MLA status later in 2014) all three current MLAs had declared their candidacy for leadership of the PC Party of Alberta leading to the Premiership of Alberta. Jim Prentice, QC won this contest and became Premier of Alberta.
From May 2014 until the present, these three current MLAs received numerous Registered Letters from Surgeon Anderson containing copies of numerous Blog Postings
(http://medics-fail-t0-self-regulate.blogspot.ca) detailing wrongdoing by Authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta and exposing violations of ethics by current MLAs.
In numerous communications Surgeon Anderson requested a reply from all three of these current MLAs.
None of these three MLAs have made contact with Surgeon Anderson at any time!
Albertans have accused these three MLAs of ignoring proven evidence of Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
None of these three MLAs have had the courtesy or honour to communicate with Surgeon Anderson -
