The following is a copy of the letter Ethics Commissioner Trussler, QC sent to Surgeon Anderson dated July 29, 2015:
"Further to your recent letters to this office, if you were to read the Conflicts of Interest Act, you would realize that my jurisdiction is limited. Nothing you have raised fits within my jurisdiction.
Furthermore, neither the evidence you have provided, nor the particulars, show sufficient grounds to warrant an investigation.
I consider this matter closed".
Surgeon Anderson has proven Criminal Negligence of the following MLA's, which apparently does not fit within Commissioner Trussler's mandate:
- Hon. Edward Stelmach
- Hon. Alison Redford, QC
- Hon. David Hancock, QC
- Hon. Jim Prentice, QC
- 'Ric' McIver, MLA
As a responsible Albertan and a Queen's Counsel Lawyer, Albertans expect Hon. Trussler to expose Criminal Negligence regardless of the breadth of her mandate.
Has Hon. Marguerite Trussler, QC the honor and courage to address the following?:
