This College has conducted a totally flawed and incompetent investigation, (patient complaint file #060421.1.4) This College has failed to address proven Patient Neglect and Needless Suffering caused by Medical Doctors. This College has even stooped to lying to provide reasons to close a patient file.
2. Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA):
CEO - Dr. John Cowell; CHAIR - Dr. L. Tyrrell
The HQCA have willfully ignored numerous Registered Letters and files detailing Patient Neglect and Needless Suffering ignored by CPSA. The HQCA refuses to discuss necessary reforms to address the Investigative Process of Patient Complaints by the CPSA.
These doctors refuse to meet or correspond with Dr. Anderson and refuse to comment on any of his documents showing wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities.

After receiving multiple Registered Letters concerning Wrongdoing of Health Care Authorities the response from leaders was:
Brian Mason (Alberta NDP): Acknowledgment of receipt of Registered Letters but no action plan on addressing wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities and no request to meet with Dr. Douglas Anderson to discuss this serious problem.
Dr. Raj Sherman (Alberta Liberal Party): same response as Brian Mason.
Glen Taylor (Alberta Party): No acknowledgment of receipt of multiple Registered Letters.
Danielle Smith (Wildrose Party of Alberta): No acknowledgment of receipt of multiple Registered Letters.
2. ALBERTA HEALTH CARE WORKERS
Who are these workers? Medical Doctors, Registered Nurses and their assistants, Pharmacists, Dentists, Physiotherapists. Optometrists, Ocularists. Audiologists, Chiropractors, Medical Labs, Radiologists and many other groups of health care workers.
These Health Care Workers were given information which included Edmonton Journal Editorial "Angry MD's Demand Inquiry" - Mar. 17/12. This information was circulated throughout the greater Edmonton area and as far south as Red Deer , Alberta.
What was the response from the Health Care Workers?
After circulating material to the hospitals (nursing stations and most departments), medical clinics, pharmacies etc. from Edmonton to Red Deer, Alberta, the response was clear -
