There have been four Ministers of Health & Wellness in the Stelmach and Redford governments.
Each of these ministers have stonewalled Albertans and shown gross lack of accountability.  The ministers are, in chronologic order:

1. Dave Hancock: - Refused to acknowledge receipt of numerous Registered Letters over a five month period; refused to answer important questions; refused to comment on the contents of Dr. Anderson's three documents; refused to comment on the contents of postings on Blog Site:

Dave Hancock did send Dr. Anderson three letters as follows:
- dated Nov. 27/07 - letter labelled by Albertans as "FLUFF".
- dated Dec. 27/07 - letter labelled by Albertans as "DISMISSAL OF DR. ANDERSON".
- dated Mar. 25/08 - letter labelled by Albertans as "PASS THE BUCK" to his successor -
                                                                                        Ron Liepert.

2. Ron Liepert:  Refusal to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters from Dr. Anderson concerning "Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering". Never any contact with Dr. Anderson.

3. Gene Zwozdesky:  Refusal to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters concerning wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities. Never any contact with Dr. Anderson.

4. Fred Horne:  Refusal to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters concerning wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities.  Never any contact with Dr. Anderson.

Following is a copy of Dr. Anderson's Registered Letter to Hon. F. Horne darted Dec. 12/11 -

" Please find enclosed a copy of my Registered Letter to you dated October 21, 2011.  I have not received from you your acknowledgement of receipt of this letter as I had requested.
I have produced three documents that expose wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities within the Health Care System of Alberta.  These documents are the following:
1. Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions.
2. The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock.
3. The Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock.


Your predecessors in the portfolio of Minister of Health & Wellness - D. Hancock, R. Liepert & G. Zwosdesky - have failed to acknowledge possession of these documents and refuse to comment on the contents. Albertans are asking you to 
'break ranks' with you predecessors.


If you do not possess these documents please contact your cabinet colleagues, A. Redford, D. Hancock & R. Liepert, who have possessed these documents for many months.


Kindly assess these documents and comment to me and all Albertans on the contents.  Also, include your comments on wrongdoing by the Health Quality Council of Alberta which is detailed at Blog Site:

Since June of 2007 until the present, our two Premiers of Alberta - Ed. Stelmach and Alison Redford - have been fully informed of this stonewalling of Albertans in their Health Care and have done nothing to correct it.

- Our past Premier of Alberta - Ed Stelmach

When might Albertans expect clarification of wrongdoing by these two individuals?
