REVIEW:  WHO ARE THESE "MUTE FOUR ALBERTA LEADERS"?

1. Premier Marlaine Danielle Smith.

2. Rachel Anne Notley, King's Counsel.

3. Tyler Shandro , King's Council (Minister of Justice).

4. Darlene Scott, King's Counsel (Past President of the Law Society of Alberta).

These "MUM FOUR" refuse to address Criminal Negligence of Alberta Lawyers. Refuse to reply to multiple Registered Letters. All four lack integrity. All four are evasive. All four lack accountability.

It is embarrassing for Albertans to observe these leaders acting in a cowardly and irresponsible manner.      Albertans await a response from each of these "Mum Four Alberta Leaders".

This notation has appeared on 310 Blog Postings at this site since 2011.  These Blog Postings were sent to many prominent Alberta Lawyers and politicians by email and Registered Mail for over 12 years.                Not a single authority has offered to engage in a Balanced Discussion of the issues raised.                          What does this say to Albertans about ALBERTA LEADERSHIP?

CONSEQUENCES AND COMPENSATION

1. CONSEQUENCES: Are there consequences for Lawyers and politicians who subjected Alberta Senior Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson to years of prolonged  abusive  stonewalling which was extremely stressful on him for over 12 years?

2. COMPENSATION: Are Alberta Lawyers and politicians planning to compensate Alberta Senior Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson for the expense of producing multiple Registered Letters that were sent to them concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death since his first Registered Letter to Hon. David Hancock August 17, 2007 (Blog Posting February 5, 2011)?

All of these Registered Letters were ignored by Alberta authorities and no meaningful replies were received.

REGISTERED LETTER SENT TO RACHEL NOTLEY, K.C. ON APRIL 18, 2023

On April 18, 2023 Alberta Senior Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson sent the following Registered Letter to Rachel Notley, K.C.  This letter was returned to him by Canada Post on May 10, 2023.  This letter was then delivered personally by Surgeon Anderson to Notley Staff (P. McK) at 10343 80th Avenue, Edmonton Alberta on May 15, 2023 (Notley Constituency Office closed from May 1 to May 29). 

" Dear Rachel Notley, K.C.:  April 18, 2023   REGISTERED LETTER

A review of my records shows that during your premiership of Alberta from May 2015 to April 2019 you refused to communicate with Alberta Senior Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson, continuously for four years about his concerns on Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death, all approved by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta.

You and your Ministers of Health S. Hoffman, Minister of Justice K. Ganley and minister L. Sigurdson refused to respond to numerous letters and blog postings sent to your ministers.

Will you, Rachel Notley and your ministers (Hoffman, Ganley & Sigurdson) address (what prominent K.C. lawyers refuse) contents of Blog Site-  medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.com

Rachel Notley, K. C. and staff appear to be unable to receive Register Mail - why?  There is a clear record of Rachel Notley K.C. and her three ministers SARAH HOFFMAN, KATHLEEN GANLEY & LORI SIGURDSON, ignoring Surgeon Anderson's attempts to inform them of serious issues and refusing to respond.  Details are recorded at Blog Site:
