        Stonewalling began with Honourable Dave Hancock (Minister of Health - 2005). he refused to
        respond over a five month period to multiple Registered Letters from Surgeon
        Douglas Anderson, concerning wrongdoing by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of

       This stonewalling of Surgeon Anderson by these five Governments of Alberta
       (Stelmach, Redford, Hancock, Prentice & Notley) has been very stressful on this surgeon.
      Surgeon Anderson is 84 years of age, has multiple coronary artery stents and a cardiac pacemaker       and experiences insomnia due to this stress.

The Blog Posting of Apr.5/17 states: -"Notley Government of Alberta - Refuses to Investigate Proven Wrongdoing by Authorities in the Alberta Health Care System - Shameful".

1. Response of Senators from Alberta: There was one response - the following letter dated
May 2, 2017 from the office of Doug Black from Patrick D, Cousineau:

"Dear Dr. Anderson - I am writing on behalf of Senator Black to thank you for your recent letter of April 24, 2017 on the Alberta Health Care system. Your correspondence is receiving attention- Yours sincerely - Patrick D. Cousineau".

Surgeon Anderson's Comment:  As of Oct. 4, 2017 Surgeon Anderson has not received information on this "attention".

2. Response of Members of Parliament from Alberta:  There are 20 Members of Parliament from Alberta.  Surgeon Anderson's representative, Linda Duncan has refused to communicate with Surgeon Anderson as of October 4, 2017!  Four Members of Parliament responded as follows:

(a) Kerry Diotte (Apr. 28/17)

"On behalf of Kerry Diotte - I acknowledge receipt of your letter regarding the failure of self-regulation by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta.  Since health care delivery falls under provincial jurisdiction I would encourage you to contact your MLA  Hon. Lori Sigurdson and/or Hon. Sarah Hoffman, Minister of Health.

Surgeon Anderson's Comment:  Surgeon Anderson has tried repeatedly for many months to contact these two MLAS.  Hon. Sigurdson & Hon. Hoffman refuse to communicate with Surgeon Anderson! What further advice does Kerry Diotte have for Surgeon Anderson?

(b) Kent Hehr (May 1/17)

"Thank you for your correspondence regarding the Alberta Health Care system. ---Your concerns should be best directed to the Provincial Government through your MLA. Our system of government in Canada has a separation of powers between the federal government and the provinces.  Health Care and the administration thereof both exist solidly within the purview of the provincial government.  I strongly encourage you to contact your MLA Lori Sigurdson. Surgeon Anderson's Comment:  Surgeon Anderson's representative MLA Lori Sigurdson & Health Minister Sarah Hoffman refuse to communicate with Surgeon Anderson!
Does not the Parliament of Canada & the Canadian Senate have a responsibility to assure the safety of health for Canadians threatened by any Canadian Provincial Government?

This posting was sent to Hon. Lori Sigurdson by e-mail 17 TIMES BETWEEN AUG. 6, 2016 & MAR. 29, 2017 with a request for her reply with each mailing.
Hon. Sigurdson chose not to reply while other Alberta MLAS replied with their comments.l  Why was there no reply from Surgeon Anderson's representative?

(3) REFUSAL TO ADDRESS INCRIMINATING DOCUMENTS

Blog Posting of Sept 20, 2017 - "Corruption in Five Alberta Provincial Governments Since 2006 - Hiding Wrongdoing" - lists the following four Incriminating Documents on which Hon. Sigurdson refuses to comment:

(a) "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
(b) "Addendum to The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
(c) "Five Tory Alberta Ministers of Health - Hide Criminal Negligence for 10 Yrs (2005-2015).
(d) "Four Tory Ministers of Justice - Abuse Surgeon & Hide Criminality (2008-2015).

Surgeon Anderson's request for Hon. Sigurdson's comment on these documents was denied by his representative, Hon. Lori Sigurdson.

(4) REFUSAL TO MEET WITH SURGEON ANDERSON

In Blog Posting of Oct. 16, 2016 the following is recorded -

"After you, the Dept. of Health, Dept. of Justice and Premier Notley's office have reviewed this material, I REQUEST COMMENTS FROM ALL RECIPIENTS.  All of us could then meet and review my private documents which show in considerable detail severe wrongdoing by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, as well as MEASURES THAT CAN BE TAKEN TO PREVENT RECURRENCE OF THIS WRONGDOING".

Hon. Sigurdson has ignored Surgeon Anderson's request for a meeting.  It would appear that Hon. Sigurdson is not interested in reviewing Surgeon Anderson's private documents which offer suggestions to prevent recurrence of serious proven wrongdoing by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta.

HONOURABLE LORI SIGURDSON FAILS TO REPRESENT HER CONSTITUENT

The above documentation shows clearly that Hon. Sigurdson does not represent her constituent Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson.
Her stonewalling of Surgeon Anderson for many months is the antithesis of democracy.

Surgeon Anderson is 84 years of age, has multiple coronary artery stents and a cardiac pacemaker and is taking numerous medications. He suffers from insomnia due to tension over his discord with the Notley Government over this governments refusal to expose proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Alberta Health Care System.

The Canadian Medicare System is weakened by unresolved proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta. Please find enclosed the current Blog Posting  - 'Hon. Lori Sigurdson & Hon. Sarah Hoffman -Hide from Wrongdoing - Why?'.
Both of these Alberta MLAS refuse to communicate with Surgeon Douglas Anderson concerning wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta.

Why was this Blog Site born?

This Blog Site was created in January 2011 by Surgeon Anderson to expose wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities of Alberta, after Surgeon Anderson and his wife (Registered Nurse) were abused by the Medicare System.
The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) sanctioned Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
The Health Quality Council fo Alberta (HQCA) refused to comment on Private Documents of Surgeon Anderson that detailed wrongdoing, after examining them for several months.
The Governments of Alberta refuse to address this Blog Site that exposes this wrongdoing  -  why?

ALBERTA MLA LORI SIGURDSON & MLA SARAH HOFFMAN REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE WITH SURGEON DOUGLAS ANDERSON OVER WRONGDOING

These two MLAS are members of Premiers Rachel Notley, QC Cabinet.  These two ministers have never made any personal contact with Surgeon Douglas Anderson concerning proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta, even though Premier Notley has instructed them to make contact with Surgeon Anderson.  Surgeon Anderson has attempted frequently to communicate with both ministers, unfortunately without success, from 2015 to 2017.
