On September 1, 2022 Alberta Senior Surgeon Anderson sent a fourth Registered Letter to Darlene W. Scott, K.C. (Past President of Law Society of Alberta) and a third Registered Letter to each of Premier Kenney & T. Shandro, K.C. concerning Criminal Negligence of Alberta Lawyers.                                         Darlene Scott, K.C. responded promptly through regular Canadian Postal Mail Service. (Blog Post Sept 18, 2022).

PREMIER JASON KENNEY & JUSTICE MINISTER TYLER SHANDRO, K.C. STILL IGNOR THREE REGISTERED LETTERS CONCERNING CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE OF ALBERTA LAWYERS

These three Registered Letters sent to each of J. Kenney & T. Shandro, K.C. were dated May3, 2022, June 20, 2022 & Sept, 1, 2022.

PAST PRESIDENT SCOTT OF LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA (LSA) RESPONDS TO ACCUSATION OF CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE OF SOME ALBERTA LAWYERS

Several Alberta King's Counsel Lawyers have been accused of Criminal Negligence by Alberta Senior Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson. Following is a copy of a letter sent by Regular Postal Service from Ms. D. W. Scott, K.C. to Surgeon Anderson and received by him on September 15, 2022:

"Dear Mr. Anderson:    RE:  Registered Mail                                                                                                       I have received your letter dated September 1, 2022.  Please be advised that I am no longer the President of the Law Society of Alberta, and your correspondence should not be directed to me.                                                                                                                                                                                                Yours truly    Darlene W. Scott, K.C.   ".

ALBERTA SENIOR SURGEON D. L. ANDERSON - COMMENTS ON THE ABOVE LETTER FROM DARLENE W. SCOTT, K.C.

1. Ms. Scott, K.C. acknowledges receipt of Registered Letter dated September 1, 2022 and ignores having received three prior Registered Letters sent to her from Surgeon Anderson - dated March 16, 2021, May 3, 2022 & June 20, 2022.                                                                                                            2. Ms. Scott, K.C. was either President or the Immediate Past President of the Law Society of Alberta when she received these four Registered Letters and is the exact person to whom these letters should be sent for action.                                                                                                                                                3. Ms. Scott, K.C. has served one term as President of the Law Society of Alberta and has been a Bencher of the LSA since 2014.                                                                                                                     4. Several Alberta King's Counsel Lawyers refuse to address items 1 - 5  described in Blog Posting dated April 21, 2022 at Blog Site:  medics-fail-to selfregulate.blogspot.com   Albertans await Ms. Scott, K.C. to address these items 1 - 5.                                                                                                                   5. Did Ms Scott, Q.C./K.C. inform all Benchers of the Law Society of Alberta of the serious accusation of Criminal Negligence levelled at several members of this society as requested in Registered Letter dated March 16, 2021 (Blog Post July 12, 2022) ?

Albertans are very unhappy with the questionable integrity of several Alberta King's Counsel Lawyers and have asked the Law Society of Alberta to investigate.
