NOTLEY GOVERNMENT REFUSES TO PROTECT ALBERTANS FROM HARM - MISMANAGEMENT OF CPSA & HEALTH QUALITY COUNCIL OF ALBERTA (HQCA)
The above incriminating material shows clearly that CPSA approved -

2. Needless Suffering.

The HQCA "turned a blind eye" on the Private Documents of Surgeon Anderson after examining them for several months.

Surgeon Anderson has never received any communication from the Governments of Alberta in response to his deep concerns over the wrongdoing of authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta. These Governments were under the Premierships of:

- Alison Redford, QC
- Dave Hancock, QC
- Jim Prentice, QC
- Rachel Notley, QC
At no time did any government official ever request a meeting with Surgeon Anderson to discuss with him his deep concerns with proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Alberta Health Care System.
NOTLEY GOVERNMENT IGNORES DUTY TO ALBERTANS
The Government of Hon. Rachel Notley, QC must be trusted by Albertans to protect them from mismanagement of a Self-Regulated Body (CPSA) that could harm Albertans.
The CPSA has shown its protection of its member medical doctors and its lack of protection of Albertans.
This FAILURE IN SELF-REGULATION must be addressed by the Notley Government.
OTHER GOVERNMENT JURISDICTIONS TAKE ACTION
The "Failure in Self-Regulation" has been addressed by many other Government Jurisdictions by reforming legislation after an inquiry.
