LAWYERS OF ALBERTA HAVE A BIG PROBLEM TO ADDRESS
An Open Public Judicial Inquiry is required to acquire information under oath from multiple sources to investigate this serious problem of Failure to Self-Regulate by the Law Society of Alberta
FEDERATION OF LAW SOCIETIES OF CANADA (FLSC) - ALERTED
This federation was contacted initially on February 14, 2023 with a Registered Letter sent to President Jill Perry, K.C. , outlining this serious problem & requesting a timely response. No response was received (Blog Post Feb 28, 2023). Subsequent letters to Jill Perry, K.C. were ignored (Blog Posts Apr 18/23, July 4/23; Aug 1/23). This federation was asked to investigate The Law Society of Alberta for its Failure to Self-Regulate. The FLSC has failed to respond - why?
This Blog Posting dated December 5, 2023 is enclosed in a Registered Letter sent to Jill Perry, K.C. (Past President of FLSC) and Erin Kleisinger, K.C. (current President of FLSC).

I have attempted to contact you several times. I sent you a Registered Letter on February 14, 2023 concerning a serious problem with the Law Society of Alberta. I requested a timely response but have not received one Blog Post Feb 28/23). On April 18, 2023 I sent you a second letter & recieved no response (Blog Post Apr 18/23). On July 4, 2023 I sent you a third letter, requesting a reply but received none (Blog Post July 4/23). See also Blog Posting dated August 1, 2023.
