This lawyer has refused to examine personal documents of Surgeon Douglas Lloyd Anderson that reveal that this college has failed to self-regulate in a manor that assures safety for Albertans.
(b) Personal abuse to Surgeon Douglas Lloyd Anderson:
This lawyer has stonewalled this senior surgeon, (85 years of age with serious health issues), for over three years knowing that this stonewalling has caused him prolonged anxiety including insomnia.
