In this alliance, these two parties have full knowledge of the proven wrongdoing of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) as revealed by Dr. D. Anderson's three documents, and yet they continue to STONEWALL ALBERTANS:
1. " Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions ".

REFUSALS DISPLAYED BY THE TYRRELL-STELMACH ALLIANCE
The Stelmach Factor & the Tyrrell Factor refuse to expose the wrongdoing of the CPSA to Albertans.
Evidence of refusal to expose CPSA by these two parties is clear:
1. Premier Stelmach has refused to acknowledge receipt of numerous Registered Letters (yet alone address the contents) sent to him by Dr. D. Anderson for almost 4 years, concerning the wrongdoing of the CPSA and the neglect of his ministers on this issue!
2. Dr. Lorne Tyrrell has refused to:
- meet with Dr. Anderson
- correspond with Dr. Anderson
- comment on Dr. Anderson's above three documents.
AUTHORITY OF AUTHORITIES
1. STELMACH FACTOR - GOV. OF ALBERT (grants) TYRRELL FACTOR - HEALTH QUALITY COUNCIL OF ALBERTA - the authority to conduct a "REVIEW" of the "ills" of the Alberta Health Care System. This is complicated by the fact that both Stelmach & Tyrrell have refused to reveal to Albertans the wrongdoing of the CPSA.
DOES THIS NOT MAKE ANY "REVIEW" A SHAM?
2. TYRRELL FACTOR - HQCA. Dr. Lorne Tyrrell has been fully informed of the wrongdoing of the CPSA and has taken no action. The Board of Governance of the HQCA (of which Dr. L. Tyrrell is the Chair) has the Authority to fire any employee of HQCA who does not act in the public interest to protect the health of Albertans.
3. The Stelmach Government has the authority to dismiss the Board of Governance of the HQCA for failure to act in the best interests of Albertans in their health care.
Albertans have the right to know why they are not being informed about the WRONGDOING OF THE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS OF ALBERTA. This wrongdoing is one of the important "ills" of the Health Care System of Alberta.

TYRRELL RETURNS PRIVATE FILES IN SHAME - MAY 12, 2011
Between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm
After ignoring Dr. D. Anderson's multiple requests to Dr. Tyrrell since Sept. 30/10 for a return of his private files loaned to Dr. Tyrrell, the first contact of Dr. Anderson with Dr. Tyrrell was an undated, unsealed piece of paper left in Dr. Anderson's home mail box, which was a photocopy of a message written by Dr. Tyrrell which stated "Dear Dr. Anderson. I have been to your house twice to deliver your notes and unfortunately I have not felt comfortable in leaving them without giving them to you or your wife personally. Please send me your phone number to my e-mail so I can deliver your papers. My e-mail is lorne.tyrrell@ualberta.ca - Lorne Tyrrell".
Questions:
1. Why would Dr. Tyrrell not find Dr. Anderson's phone number easily in the Edmonton phone book or from previous correspondence with himself or employee, Dr. John Cowell (CEO - HQCA)?
2. Why would Dr. Tyrrell not use any one of a number of commercial delivery companies to return Dr. Anderson's files to him?
An undated, unsealed, photocopied piece of paper left in a mailbox is a most unprofessional way of communicating with anyone!
At 6:10 pm
Dr. Lorne Tyrrell delivered personally to Dr. Anderson at the Anderson's residence front door the personal files that Dr. Anderson had been requesting repeatedly since
Sept. 30/10.
The events of May 12 show Dr. Tyrrell's phony behaviour.

Dr. L. Tyrrell is the "top" official of the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA).
He is the Chair of Governance of this body. This is the body that Premier Stelmach has entrusted to "Clear the Air" of the serious ills that confront Albertans with their Health Care, through a "REVIEW".
To earn the trust of Albertans, Dr. Tyrrell must inform Albertans on the following:
1. Meeting of Drs. Tyrrell, Cowell & Anderson - Sept. 30, 2010
- What was the purpose of this meeting?
- What was resolved during this meeting?
- What was Dr. Tyrrell's reason for accepting Dr. Anderson's files on loan to him which detailed the
wrongdoing of the CPSA?
2. Why did Dr. Tyrrell not return to Dr. Anderson his private files on the wrongdoing of the CPSA until May 12/11 (a period of over 7 months) despite numerous requests for their return?
3. Why would Dr. Tyrrell refuse the following, during the period Sept. 30/10 to May 12/11:

Since Premier Stelmach's weekly progress report of Apr. 17 - 24, 2011, Ed Stelmach has made no progress and continues to refuse to communicate with Albertans. He continues to abuse Albertans by
STONEWALLING.
Since his PROGRESS REPORT of April 24, 2011 he has continued to ignore:

Ed Stelmach does not want Albertans to know the truth about the negligence of the Health Care Authorities in Alberta (of which he and his cabinet are central components). This is why he insists on limiting the "probe" into this neglect, by a REVIEW by the HQCA which is recognized by Albertans as completely inadequate. How could the gross negligence of Premier Stelmach, his cabinet, the CPSA and the HQCA be given public exposure by a "review" conducted by the HQCA. The HQCA has shown clearly its refusal to expose the Stelmach Government & the CPSA in wrongdoing (Blog Postings Jan. 27 - May 1, 2011). A REVIEW by the HQCA will not expose the Stelmach Government, the CPSA or the HQCA to the wrongdoings of these three Health Care Authorities.
To " CLEAR THE AIR " these wrongdoings must be given public exposure - this demands a Judicial Inquiry. AN OPEN PUBLIC JUDICIAL INQUIRY IS ESSENTIAL.
Premier Stelmach is fighting furiously to prevent this inquiry, as it will present the "guilty" to public exposure.
Would Premier Stelmach please show his authority over the quality of health care for Albertans and
FORCE DR. LORNE TYRRELL (Chair of HQCA) to return to Dr. D. Anderson his private files, files that incriminate the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta, of wrongdoing?
It would appear that Premier Stelmach is assisting in the hiding of evidence of abuse of Albertans by
Health Care Authorities in Alberta.
Would Premier Stelmach, Dave Hancock & Ron Liepert show some courage & honesty by addressing Dr. D. Anderson's three documents and stop abusing Albertans by stonewalling them?

Since Premier Stelmach's weekly progress report of Apr. 17 - 24, 2011, Ed Stelmach has made no progress and continues to refuse to communicate with Albertans. He continues to abuse Albertans by
STONEWALLING.
Since his PROGRESS REPORT of April 24, 2011 he has continued to ignore:
1. Dr. D. Anderson's three documents:
- "Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions".
- "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
- "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
2. The gross negligence suffered by Dr. D. Anderson at the hands of the Health Quality Council of Alberta (Dr. J. Cowell - CEO & Dr. L. Tyrrell - Chair).
3. Dr. D. Anderson's PRIVATE FILES ON THE CPSA "hihacked" by HQCA.
4. BLOG POSTING April 27/11 (emailed to all Alberta MLAS)

in which evidence is provided that Hon. Dave Hancock is:
- dishonorable
- is guilty of Criminal Negligence
- is a "phony"
