TWO CABINET MINISTERS GUILTY OF CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE

These two ministers in Premier Redford's cabinet are guilty of criminal negligence.
DEFINITION OF CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE: THE RECKLESS DISREGARD FOR THE LIVES OR SAFETY OF OTHER PERSONS".


Hon. Dave Hancock & Hon. Ron Liepert are guilty of criminal negligence while serving as Ministers of Health & Wellness in the Stelmach Government.  This criminal behavior has never been addressed.
Details of this criminality are contained in Dr. Anderson's three documents:

1. "Ministers of Stelmach Government refuse to answer Surgeon's Questions".
2. "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock" - July 2008.
3. "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock" - Oct. 2008.

Although being fully informed by Dr. Anderson of severe wrongdoing within the Health Care System of Alberta, no Health Care Authority, including Premier Stelmach & Cabinet (which included Alison Redford), & the Health Quality Council of Alberta dares to comment on the contents of the above three documents.
Dr. Anderson sent the following letter to all MLAS on May 28, 2011: "As you are aware, there is a serious problem of WRONGDOING involving the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta.  Would you kindly inform your constituents of this wrongdoing by directing them to Blog Site: Http://medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.com
This site details the wrongdoing.  Would you please copy this letter to members of your constituency executive for distribution.  This will assist in informing Albertans".

Among the replies was a letter dated June 15/11 from Pearl Calahasen, MLA Lesser Slave Lake Constituency which states: "Thank you for your recent letter regarding the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta. Your information has been shared with my constituents".

The only reply from the Stelmach Cabinet was a letter from Hon. Ken Kowalski dated June 7/11 which states: "Thank you for your letter date May 28, 2011 regarding the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta. Please be assured that I appreciate your comments in this regard.  Again, thank you for sharing this information with me". Hon. Kowalski copied his letter to Hon. G. Zwozdesky, Minister of Health & Wellness (even though Dr. Anderson had sent his letter dated May 28/11 to all MLAS, which of course included Hon. Zwozdesky)

Hon. Kowalski has not informed Dr. Anderson if he has shared this information with other Albertans other than Hon. Zwozdesky.

It is noteworthy, that Dr. Anderson received no reply from Premier Stelmach or any of his three Ministers of Health & Wellness (Hon. Zwozdesky, Hon.Liepert, Hon. Hancock) nor Alison Redford.

Albertans trust that Hon. F. Horne, the current Minister of Health & Wellness will not stonewall Albertans on their Health Care as was so painfully experienced from former Premier Stelmach and his three Ministers of Health & Wellness, Hon. Zwozdesky, Hon. Liepert, Hon. Hancock).

Albertans trust that the current Minister of Justice & Attorney General, Hon. V. Olson will not stonewall Albertans such as Ron Stevens (Previous Minister of Justice) painfully stonewalled Dr. D. Anderson in the past.

PREMIER REDFORD PLEDGES ACCOUNTABILITY

What happened to PREMIER REDFORD'S PLEDGE?
Premier Redford, while holding her grandmother's bible on October 7, 2011  pledged accountability & visibility for herself and her government to all Albertans during her Swearing-In Ceremony as the 14th Premier of Alberta.
Dr. Anderson sent the following Registered Letter to Premier Redford dated October 8, 2011:
"During the Swearing-In Ceremony for the 14th Premier of Alberta, while holding your grandmother's bible, you pledged to Albertans ACCOUNTABILITY & VISIBILITY for yourself and your government.
Unfortunately, your record shows your refusal to acknowledge receipt of my multiple Registered Letters sent to you concerning wrongdoing within the Health Care System of Alberta.  Please find enclosed copies of these letters as follows:
May 28/11; July 15/11; Aug.29; Sept.6/11; Sept. 22/11; Sept. 26./11; Oct. 5/11.


During your campaign to become the Leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Alberta and our next Premier, you made the following promises to Albertans:


1. Create an INDEPENDENT Health Quality Council.
2. Call a Public Judicial Inquiry into the ills of the Alberta Health Care System.


I await your prompt reply to this Registered Letter dated October 8, 2011".

As of October 20, 2011 Premier Redford has made no contact with Dr. Anderson.

Has Premier Redford honored her pledge? Albertans say "no".
Why would Premier Redford select two individuals for senior positions in her cabinet who have a record of CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE?

Can Premier Redford be trusted by Albertans?  Albertans hope so.
Albertans will vote soon for their representative MLAS to show their answer.
