WHO ARE THESE CHAIRMEN?
Dr. Lorne Tyrrell is the past Chair of Governance of the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) who was replaced by Dr. Anthony Fields on September 4, 2012 by appointment of the Government of Alberta. The "CHAIR" of HQCA is the highest authority to report to the Government of Alberta on the quality of health care delivered to Albertans.

MEDICAL DOCTOR ABUSE BY ALBERTA GOVERNMENT
On September 4, 2012 Dr. Anthony Fields was appointed by the Government of Alberta to be the new
Chair of Governance of the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) - replacing Dr. L. Tyrrell.
Dr. A. Fields reviewed the following private documents of Dr. D. Anderson, on loan to him from
September 28 to October 10, 2012:
1. "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
2. "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
3. "Albertans Ask Premier Stelmach for Answers"
4. "Anderson - Theman Correspondence Finale".
Dr. Anderson requested that Dr. Fields comment on the abuse that Douglas L. Anderson, MD., FRCS(C) suffered by Health Care Authorities of Alberta, detailed in these documents.
Dr. Fields returned these documents to Dr. Anderson with no comment.
Dr. Fields refuses to comment on MD ABUSE revealed in these documents.
It is mandatory that HQCA investigate all evidence of proven Medical Doctor Abuse by Health Care Authorities in Alberta! As Chair of Governance of HQCA, Dr. Fields has accepted the highest responsibility to protect the health of Albertans. He has failed!
Dr. A. Fields has yet to reply to a Registered Letter dated September 5, 2012 in which Albertans demand that he expose Proven Wrongdoing by Authorities within the Health Care System of Alberta. He has also failed to respond to a copy of Blog Posting dated Sept. 6, 2012 entitled:
" HQCA HEAD - DR. FIELDS CHALLENGED BY WRONGDOING"

HIDING WRONGDOING WITHIN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM OF ALBERTA

Health Care Authorities have punished Dr. Anderson. They have STONEWALLED him for over
five years! Authorities are unable to strip Dr. Anderson of his degrees and have no other way of punishing him except to ignore his numerous Registered Letters concerning Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering.
Dr. Anderson is asking Albertans to comment on his above private documents and the wrongdoing which is posted at the above blog site.
