THE SIX CANDIDATES CAMPAIGNING FOR PREMIER'S CHAIR
REFUSE TO ADDRESS SCANDAL IN ALBERTA HEALTH CARE

Dr. D. Anderson sent the following Registered Letter dated September 6, 2011 to all candidates campaigning to be the next Premier of Alberta:

Candidates, D. Griffiths, D, Horner, T. Morton & A. Redford have been fully informed on this abuse of Albertans in their Health Care for four years and have taken no action. They have been informed by the following sources:

  Mr. D. Griffiths; Mr. D. Horner; Mr. G. Mar; Mr. T. Morton; Mr. R. Orman; Ms. A. Redford
' ADDRESS THE ISSUES OF PROVEN ABUSE OF ALBERTANS BY THE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS OF ALBERTA, THE HEALTH QUALITY COUNCIL OF ALBERTA AND ABUSE BY PREMIER STELMACH & HIS CABINET, BEFORE THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTION OF MLAS IN ALBERTA, OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES

Dr. D. Anderson's letter to all six candidates, dated August 29/11, follows:

" Please find enclosed a copy of my Registered Letter to you dated July 15, 2011.  I have not received a reply from you, which I requested. Please find enclosed my Blog Postings dated July 28/11 ' Hon Zwozdesky Silent on Wrongdoing-Why?' & Aug. 3/11 ' Third Minister of Health & Wellness Stonewalls Albertans'.

Albertans are being abused in their Health Care by several Health Care Authorities:
     The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta
     The Health Quality Council of Alberta
     The Stelmach Government
The most recent abuse has been clearly demonstrated by Hon. Gene Zwozdesky, Minister of Health & Wellness, by his refusal to acknowledge receipt of three Registered Letters concerning this abuse. Premier Stelmach has been informed of this abuse and has taken no action!  This STONEWALLING of Albertans by Health Care Authorities must stop.
I insist on your acknowledgement of receipt of this Registered Letter.
I request that your reply address this serious problem of abuse, and that if you should become the next Premier of Alberta
YOU PROMISE TO ALBERTANS that you will not tolerate abuse to Albertans in their health care as is displayed today by Premier Stelmach & Hon. Gene Zwozdesky in their refusal to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters concerning wrongdoing within the Alberta Health Care System.  
I insist on your early reply to this Registered Letter".


Dr. D. Anderson's letter to candidate G. Mar & R. Orman dated July 15/11 follows:

" There is proven and uncorrected wrongdoing of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Health Quality Council of Alberta.  Four Candidates seeking the leadership of the PC Party of Alberta have been fully informed of this wrongdoing but have taken no action.  These four are current MLAS in the Legislative Assembly of Alberta -
Doug Horner; Ted Morton; Alison Redford & Doug Griffiths
Please find enclosed a copy of a letter that I sent to all MLAS of Alberta on May 28, 2011.  Please find enclosed a copy of my letter to Hon. Doug Horner dated July 15, 2011.
Albertans await you to expose this wrongdoing during your campaign for leadership of the PC Party of Alberta.
I await your early reply"


Not a single candidate among these six has had the courage or courtesy to acknowledge receipt of any of Dr. Anderson's Registered Letters.  This tells Albertans that the NEXT PREMIER OF ALBERTA, despite being fully informed about serious wrongdoing in the Alberta Health Care System, HAS REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE PROVEN WRONGDOING during their campaign preceding the CANDIDATE'S VICTORY for the PREMIER'S SEAT.

As the next Premier of Alberta, this victor will no doubt continue to ignore serious wrongdoing in the Alberta Health Care System.

Albertans will not tolerate this conduct by their upcoming Premier of Alberta and demand a clear statement from each candidate on the necessity of AN OPEN PUBLIC JUDICIAL INQUIRY on the ills that plague the Alberta Health Care System, including proven wrongdoing within the CPSA and HQCA and proven wrongdoing by the three Ministers of Health & Wellness in the Stelmach Government.
