MLA Rachel Notley, Q.C. refused to consult with Surgeon Anderson concerning proven - patient neglect, needless suffering and risk of patient death - all of which was sanctioned by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta.
The Court of Public Opinion considers this to be - Criminal Negligence.
