She had served as a Court of Queen's Bench judge for 20 years before accepting her present position on June 4, 2014.
WHO IS THIS SENIOR CITIZEN AND SURGEON?

HOW WAS ETHICS COMMISSIONER TRUSSLER APPOINTED?
Was Trussler's appointment made by a Tory-dominated, all-party legislative committee, like her predecessor Neil R. Wilkinson? Is this the reason she refused to expose proven abuse to Surgeon Anderson by Four Tory Premiers:

The Ethics Commissioner is an independent officer of the legislature charged with supervising the regulation of lobbyists and investigating conflicts of interest involving MLAs.
Even if this proven abuse of an Albertan by four Tory Premiers does not fall strictly within Hon. Trussler's mandate, is she not as an ethicist and Queens Council Lawyer and independent Albertan,
obliged to expose this abuse?
Is Ethics Commissioner Hon. M. Trussler, QC entitled to stonewall Surgeon Anderson?
Why would Hon. Trussler, QC not request a meeting with Surgeon Anderson to discuss his concerns about abuse and lack of ethics by MLAs?
Why has Ethics Commissioner Hon. M. Trussler, QC ignored Surgeon Anderson's most recent Registered Letter, mailed to her on May 27, 2015?
