REFUSES TO COMMUNICATE ON WRONGDOING WITH SENIOR SURGEON DOUGLAS ANDERSON
MLA Brian Jean, QC was sent the following Blog from Surgeon Anderson, dated Mar. 23, 2016-
"I am a Senior Citizen 83 yrs of age. I'm asking for your help. For many months, I have informed Health Minister Sarah Hoffman and Justice Minister Kathleen Ganley about proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta. I have requested a timely reply.
I have received no communication from either minister Hoffman or Ganley. I am quite disturbed!
I cannot wait indefinitely, as I have a serious heart disease.
Would you kindly assist me in obtaining a response from these ministers?
I await your timely reply".
A follow-up letter was sent on April 13, 2016 to Brian Jean, QC from Surgeon Anderson which stated:
"I sent you a Registered Letter dated March 23, 2016 (copy enclosed). I requested a prompt reply. I have not been contacted by you. I await your prompt communication with me".
BRIAN JEAN, QC - PRESENT STATUS
After six months, Surgeon Douglas Anderson still waits to receive any communication from MLA Brian Jean, QC!
Albertans trust that this is not the standard behaviour of members of the Law Society of Alberta.
Is Brian Jean, QC waiting until Surgeon Anderson expires from natural causes, at which time his reply is not required?
Would Brian Jean, QC please show some courtesy and reply to Surgeon Anderson's letters?

Surgeon Douglas Anderson sent his reply to MLA Anam Kazim by email on August 18, 2016 as follows:
"Good morning to Anam Kazim & Jonathan Catena: Thank you for your prompt reply to my email of August 17, 2016. I sent Anam Kazim several emails since July 13, 2016 containing the Blog Post of that date labeled - 'Appeal to all Alberta MLA'S - Please address this proven wrongdoing by Alberta Health Care Authorities'.
Today is the first communication I have received from the office of Anam Kazim.
I look forward to MLA Kazim to be one of my voices in the legislature. My postal address is:
