ALBERTA MINISTERS OF JUSTICE - VIOLATE CODE OF CONDUCT OF THE LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA (LSA).

There are several Alberta Ministers of Justice who have been investigated for violation of this code or are pending an investigation they are - Tyler Shandro; Kaycee Madu; Jonathan Denis.

Two Ministers of Justice have been accused of Criminal Negligence and prolonged abusive stonewalling of a Senior Alberta Surgeon - but have never been investigated . They are 

                           Alison M. Redford, QC/KC  (Minister of Justice: Mar. 2008-Feb, 2011)                                                       David G. Hancock, QC/KC (Minister of Justice: May, 1999-Nov, 2004)

RACHEL ANNE NOTLEY, QC/KC  -  A SPECIAL CASE

Rachel Anne Notley has never served in the Alberta Government as Minister of Justice, but supervised her Minister of Justice  - Kathleen Ganley, QC/KC - who was informed by numerous emails concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death by Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson, during Notley's premiership from May 2015 - April 2019.                                                                                       Rachel A. Notley, QC/KC and Kathleen Ganley, QC/KC have not been investigated by the Law Society of Alberta for this misconduct - why?

Hon. Mikey Amery, K.C. (Minister of Justice) & Elizabeth Osler, K.C.
