GROSS NEGLIGENCE BY ALBERTA HEALTH CARE AUTHORITIES

In order to lessen future "sickness" in the Alberta Health Care System, authorities within this system must be held accountable for their gross negligence.

Dr. Anderson has identified TEN "authorities" that must be held accountable for their gross negligence.

The HQCA, unfortunately account for two of them.

The terms of reference for a "REVIEW" by the HQCA does not include ACCOUNTIBILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE (CRIMINAL?) BY ALBERTA HEALTH CARE AUTHORITIES.

8. Dr. Harvey Woytiuk (Investigation Chairman CPSA patient file  060421.1.4)
       Dr. Woytiuk, councilor of CPSA, closed this file in ERROR  and refused to reopen this file.

9. Dr. John Cowell (CEO - HQCA)
     BLOG:  Feb 21/11; Mar.16/11; Mar. 26/11; Mar. 31/11.
     Dr. Cowell refuses to answer important questions!  Why is the HQCA "NOT IN A POSITION TO COMMENT" on Dr. Anderson's three documents? Why would Dr. Cowell refuse to meet with Dr. Anderson and Dr. Tyrrell to discuss essential reforms to the CPSA? Why would Dr. Cowell inform Dr. Anderson that the HQCA refuses to communicate with Dr. Anderson in the future?


10.  Dr. Lorne Tyrrell (CHAIR - HQCA)
         Dr. D. Anderson wishes to receive from Dr. L. Tyrrell the private files that Dr.Anderson lent to Dr. Tyrrell, which contains incriminating serious errors of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta. It would appear that Dr. Tyrrell is unwilling to return these files to Dr. Anderson (after multiple requests) 
Dr. L. Tyrrell refuses to meet with Dr. Anderson to discuss reforms to the investigative and appeal processes for addressing patient complaints by the CPSA.
