              ALBERTANS ACCUSE HON. DAVE HANCOCK
                           OF CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE
(Definition: : "Reckless disregard for the lives & safety of other persons").

This dishonorable, experienced politician is an embarrassment to Albertans.
Dr. D. Anderson's three documents prove the honesty of this statement:

1. "Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's questions".
2. "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock" (July 2008).
3. "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock"(Oct 2008).

These documents show clearly the following:

1. Dr. D. Anderson appealed to Dave Hancock (Minister of Health & Wellness) for help, and stated the reasons why he had rejected the APPEAL PROCESS of the CPSA for addressing patient complaints and asked for the Alberta Government to assist him with this serious problem (Letter - Dr. D. Anderson to D. Hancock June 29/07).

2. DR. D. ANDERSON SENT REGISTERED LETTERS TO D. HANCOCK
(& DEPUTY P. MEADE) REQUESTING HELP -

- AUG 17/07
- SEPT 3/07
- SEPT 21/07
- SEPT 28/07
- OCT 6/07
- OCT 12/07
- NOV 21/07

ALL OF THESE LETTERS WERE IGNORED. THESE LETTERS DID'NT EVEN GET AN ACKNOWLEDGED  RECEIPT (A BASIC COURTESY IN ANY DEMOCRACY).

3. The Stelmach Government's first response was a letter to Dr. D. Anderson from D. Hancock dated
Nov 27/07 which states:

"Thank you for your letter regarding your complaints to the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta.       I  APPRECIATE  THE  OPPORTUNITY  TO  RESPOND.
D. Hancock proceeds to say what Albertans would like to hear, but resolves none of Dr. D. Anderson's problems.

ALBERTANS CONSIDER HON. DAVE HANCOCK TO BE A PHONY

4. Dave Hancock's second letter to Dr. D. Anderson dated Dec 27/07 explains that Dr. D. Anderson's concerns about a breakdown in self-regulation of the CPSA are " legal matters, on which you should continue to seek advice of your legal council".  Hon. Dave Hancock accepts no responsibility to look into this problem himself even though he is a "QC" and formerly the Minister of Justice in the Stelmach Government.  Mr. Hancock then dismisses Dr. D. Anderson..

ALBERTANS ASSESS HON. DAVE HANCOCK AS IRRESPONSIBLE

5. Dave Hancock's third & last letter to Dr. D. Anderson dated Mar 25/08 informs Dr. D. Anderson that he is no longer Minister of Health & Wellness (recent cabinet shuffle) and states "it would be inappropriate for me to provide any comment ".

Hon. Dave Hancock transferred Dr. D. Anderson's files to the new Minister of Health & Wellness,
Hon. Ron Liepert, who subsequently refused to even acknowledge receipt of numerous Registered Letters sent to him by Dr. D. Anderson.

ALBERTANS  ASSESS HON. DAVE HANCOCK AS "PASSING THE BUCK" TO AN EQUALLY IRRESPONSIBLE MINISTER OF HEALTH & WELLNESS,
HON. RON LEIPERT.

WHAT DOES PREMIER STELMACH HAVE TO SAY?

Unfortunately, Premier Stelmach assumes the role of a PASSIVE OBSERVER and watches all of this incompetence, which is his responsibility to rectify.
PREMIER STELMACH REFUSES TO TAKE ACTION.

Would Premier Ed Stelmach, Dave Hancock & Ron Liepert care to contact Dr. D. Anderson to discuss these serious problems?
Their input (if they dare to compromise themselves in a PUBLIC JUDICIAL INQUIRY) will be posted in the future on:  Http://medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.com

This Blog Posting is being emailed to the constituency offices of all Members of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta for the MLA'S attention.

Comments for Albertans from MLA'S concerning this accusation of CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE of HON. DAVE HANCOCK  is urgent, and can be posted at:
