Premier Stelmach continues to defy democracy by refusing to communicate with Albertans on important issues concerning the quality of health care for Albertans.

1. Dr. D. Anderson's document - "Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions".
Stelmach refuses to act on these serious problems or communicate with Albertans


2. Dr. D. Anderson's document - "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".

4. Premier Stelmac's refusal to answer four important questions that Albertans have asked him repeatedly.

5. The urgent need to REFORM  the Investigative Process and the Appeal Process currently used by the CPSA in addressing patient complaints.

6. Refusal of the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) to meet with Dr. D. Anderson to discuss reforms to the CPSA.

7. Refusal of HQCA to correspond with Dr. D. Anderson.
Stelmach refuses to act on this problem or communicate with Albertans


8. Confiscation of Dr. D. Anderson's private files on the CPSA (showing a totally flawed patient complaint investigation with lies submitted by the College Staff) by Dr. L. Tyrrell (Chair-HQCA).

9. Refusal to call for an Open Public Judicial Inquiry which would be broad based and explore many areas of "sickness" within the Alberta Health Care System that will not be explored by a "Closed Door" Review by the HQCA.

PREMIER STELMACH REFUSED TO ACT BECAUSE OF FEAR OF PUBLIC EXPOSURE AND HAS REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE HONESTLY WITH ALBERTANS.

               AN OPEN PUBLIC JUDICIAL INQUIRY IS ESSENTIAL
     TO CURE THE ILLS IN THE ALBERTA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM
