Dr. D. Anderson has shown clearly that the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) has failed & is untrustworthy.

1. Refusal to comment on any of Dr. Anderson's three documents.
2. Refusal to meet with Dr. Anderson to discuss essential reforms to the Investigative & Appeal processes of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) to address patients complaints.
3. Refusal to correspond with Dr. Anderson.
4. Refusal to return to Dr. Anderson his personal; files on the CPSA that show clear evidence that
    CPSA SUBMITTED LIES to justify the closing of patient complaint file # 060421.1.4

       WOULD Dr. LORNE TYRRELL (CHAIR - HQCA) PLEASE RETURN TO 
       DR. DOUGLAS ANDERSON HIS PERSONAL FILES?


5. Dr. D. Anderson accuses all members of Governance of HQCA of gross negligence in ignoring the information sent to them. The members of governance are:
