PREMIER ED STELMACH LOSES HONOR

Many Albertans regret to see Premier Stelmach leave his office of Premier of Alberta, with loss of honor.  However, Premier Stelmach has demonstrated several actions and lack of actions within the Alberta Health Care System that are far from honorable and are truly grossly negligent.

1. Refusing to communicate: Ed Stelmach has ignored numerous Registered Letters (30+) sent to him from Douglas L. Anderson (retired Eye Surgeon) over a period of almost four years, concerning gross neglect by several of his cabinet ministers over concerns of Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering.  The most recent Registered Letter sent to him by Dr. Anderson was dated March 2, 2011.  The Premier has not even shown the courtesy of acknowledging receipt of a single letter!

2. Refusing to address Dr. Anderson's three documents:
     (sent to him by Registered Mail many months ago)
- "Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions";
- "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock";
- "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock";

3. Refusing to answer Four Important Questions that many Albertans have asked him (contained in the document above "Ministers --- Questions")  Ref to Blog Site: Http://medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.com.

4. Protecting Ministers in his cabinet (present & past) from public exposure of their gross negligence concerning Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering, and for not doing the honorable thing of taking responsibility with decisive action.

5. Protecting himself and the other nine members of the "Infamous Ten", Health Care Authorities of Alberta, from public exposure of their gross negligence. (Blog of April 3, 2011).

6. Authorizing a "REVIEW" of very limited scope of health issues by the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) behind closed doors even though the HQCA has been accused of gross negligence and comprises two members of the "Infamous Ten".

7. Resists authorizing an OPEN PUBLIC JUDICIAL INQUIRY which would be broad in scope, honest (under oath) and would expose all errors in the Alberta Health Care System.

         PREMIER STELMACH IS HIDING AND NOT BEING HONEST
                       Communication with Albertans is essential
