Unfortunately, during the week of April 17 - 24, 2011, Premier Stelmach has refused to communicate
with Albertans.

             STELMACH REFUSAL TO COMMENT ON DR. ANDERSON'S
                                       THREE  DOCUMENTS


1. "Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions".
2. "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
3. "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".

These three documents show clearly the gross negligence (ignoring Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering) of the following persons within the Government of Alberta and the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta who are "authorities" within the Alberta Health Care System:

     Premier Ed Stelmach             (Premier of Alberta)
     Dave Hancock                      (Past Minister of Health & Wellness)
     Ron Liepert                           (Past Minister of Health & Wellness)
     Ron Stevens                          (Past Minister of Justice)
     Alison Redford                     (Past Minister of Justice)
     Dr. Trevor Theman              (Registrar of CPSA)
     Dr. James Bell                      (Past President of Council of CPSA)
     Dr. Harvey Woytiuk            (Councillor of CPSA)

        
       STELMACH REFUSAL TO COMMENT ON GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF
                     THE HEALTH QUALITY COUNCIL OF ALBERTA


The following two top officials in the HQCA have shown gross negligence:

    Dr. John Cowell  (CEO - HQCA)
    Dr. Lorne Tyrrell  (CHAIR - HQCA)

Premier Stelmach refuses to comment on their negligence:

1. Refusal to meet with Dr. D. Anderson to discuss necessary changes that the CPSA must make in the Investigative Process & Appeal Process in addressing patient complaints.
2. Refusal to correspond with Dr. D. Anderson.
3. Refusal to return to Dr. D. Anderson his private files which Dr. D. Anderson lent to
Dr. L. Tyrrell on September 30, 2010.

The following letter from Dr. D. Anderson to Dr. J. Cowell dated April 22/11 was copied and sent to Premier Stelmach:

"Notwithstanding the fact that the HQCA has refused to correspond with me, I am sending this letter to you.
I am appealing to you to have HQCA return my private files to me concerning serious errors made by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta which Dr. Lorne Tyrrell (Chair - HQCA) has held on loan from me since September 30, 2010.
I have made attempts to repossess these files from Dr. Tyrrell without success as follows -

1. Registered letter to Dr. L. Tyrrell - dated Feb. 7/11
2. Personal Delivery of letter by Dr. D. Anderson to Dr. L. Tyrrell - Mar. 4/11
3. BLOG POSTINGS  (Http://medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.com)

Would you kindly take necessary action to have these files returned to me".

PREMIER STELMACH REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR:


1. Negligence of his ministers.
2. Negligence of CPSA.
3. Negligence of HQCA.
