Premier Stelmach is abusing Albertans by his silence. He refuses to communicate to Albertans on the important deficiencies within the Alberta Health Care System that are detrimental to the health of Albertans.

Premier Stelmach refuses to communicate on:

1. The gross negligence of the following ten authorities within the Alberta Health Care System:

- Premier Stelmach
- Dave Hancock
- Ron Liepert
- Ron Stevens
- Alison Redford
- Dr. Trevor Theman
- Dr. James Bell
- Dr. Harvey Woytiuk
- Dr. John Cowell
- Dr. Lorne Tyrrell

2. Dr. D. Anderson's three documents:

- "Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions".
- "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
- "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".

3. Premier Stelmach's refusal to answer four important questions that Albertans have asked him    
    repeatedly.

4. Premier Stelmach's refusal to comment on the need for reforms to the College of Physicians &  
    Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).

5. Premier Stelmach's refusal to comment on the refusal of the Health Quality Council of Alberta
    (HQCA) to meet with Dr. D. Anderson concerning necessary reforms to the CPSA.

6. Premier Stelmach's refusal to comment on the HQCA refusal to communicate with
    Dr. D. Anderson.

7. Premier Stelmach's refusal to comment on the HQCA (Chair - Dr. L. Tyrrell) refusal to return
    Dr. D. Anderson's private files to him, that incriminate the CPSA of abuse of the public.

8. Premier Stelmach's refusal to authorize an Open Public Judicial Inquiry in spite of the fact
    that Dr. D. Anderson has proven to him that a "REVIEW" by the HQCA is quite
    inadequate.
