Deputy Premier Dave Hancock has been in possession of the following documents that incriminate him in his gross negligence while he was Minister of Health & Wellness in the Health Care System of Alberta.

He has refused to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering and Risk of Patient Death, detailed in the above documents.

1. Would you please confirm for me my understanding that the Government of Alberta has the ultimate & final responsibility & authority of assuring that all Albertans receive the best possible health care?
2. Why did it take five months of receiving numerous Registered Letters concerning Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering, before the Dept. of Health & Wellness (Minister Dave Hancock) was stimulated to contact Dr. Anderson?
3. Are the Senior Staff Doctors of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Medical Doctors serving on the Council of the College, "Regulated Members" of the College?
4. Why was Ms. P. Meade appointed to HEAD the new Health SUPERBOARD after she demonstrated clearly unethical & irresponsible performance while serving as Deputy Minister of Health and Wellness?
The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta made serious errors concerning Patient Neglect and Needless Suffering. It is unrealistic to expect those who made the errors to investigate their errors and discipline themselves!
Albertans expect the Government of Alberta to exercise its ultimate and final responsibility and authority to investigate and resolve these errors and take the necessary action to prevent any recurrence.
Except for letters of dismissal of Dr. Anderson by Hon. D. Hancock and Hon.A. Redford, there has been no meaningful communication from the Government of Alberta with Dr. Anderson to this day.

This individual has held several prestigious government portfolios, which include Minister of Justice and Minister of Health and Wellness.
Albertans have put their trust in Dave Hancock.
