WHO IS RON LIEPERT?

He was the Minister of Health & Wellness in the Alberta Government from Mar 13/08 to Jan. 15/10.
(He was preceded by Dave Hancock & was succeeded by Gene Zwozdesky, in this portfolio).

WHAT IS RON LIEPERT'S WRONGDOING?

During the period that Ron Liepert was Minister of Health & Wellness (22 months) he refused to acknowledge receipt of all of the numerous Registered Letters sent to him by Douglas L. Anderson,
MD., FRCS(C) concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
He has refused to address the wrongdoing of Health Care Authorities detailed in these letters.

Ron Liepert has refused to address the following two documents that detail Alberta Government wrongdoing in the Health Care System of Alberta:

1. "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock"
2. "Addendum to The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".

ALBERTANS CHARGE RON LIEPERT WITH COMMITTING
GROSS NEGLIGENCE. WAS HE GUILTY OF CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE?

Definitions: Gross Negligence - Failure to exercise a reasonable degree of care
                       Criminal Negligence - Failure to protect other persons

There is no doubt that Ron Liepert showed Gross Negligence in willfully ignoring Registered Letters from Albertans.
ALBERTANS JUDGE - that when these letters contain proof of Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death, and are still willfully ignored by Ron Liepert, then this behavior indeed constitutes CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE.
