ED STELMACH FAILURE TO ACT ON CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE OF CABINET
Many Albertans sent numerous Registered Letters to Ed Stelmach informing him of criminality involving his senior cabinet ministers, Dave Hancock, Alison Redford, Ron Stevens & Ron Liepert.
From Jan. 14/08 to Sept. 17/08, Douglas L. Anderson, MD., FRCS(C) sent numerous Registered Letters to Ed Stelmach informing him of Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death, which had been ignored by the above cabinet ministers.
Unfortunately during this entire period of 8 months, Ed Stelmach did not even extend the courtesy of acknowledging receipt of a single letter, yet alone address the contents!
REGISTERED LETTER TO ED STELMACH - SEPTEMBER 17, 2008
Dr. D. Anderson's last Registered Letter to Ed Stelmach dated Sept. 17, 2008 (and copied to Hancock, Stevens, Redford & Liepert) follows:
" Dear Premier Stelmach: RE- 'Three Ministers of Justice' in Your Cabinet (One current and two past - Redford, Hancock, Stevens); Current Minister of Health - Liepert.
Please find enclosed, copies of my letters of Sept. 17/08 to members of your cabinet, Hancock, Stevens, Redford & Liepert. Neither you nor your 'three Ministers of Justice' have yet answered these three questions - WHY?
1. Would you please confirm for me my understanding that the Government of Alberta has the ultimate & final responsibility and authority of assuring that all ALBERTANS receive the best possible health care?
2. Why did it take FIVE MONTHS of receiving numerous Registered Letters concerning Patient Neglect & Needless Suffering, before the Department of Health & Wellness (MINISTER DAVE HANCOCK) was stimulated to contact Dr. Anderson?
3. Are the Senior Staff Doctors of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and the Medical Doctors serving on the Council of the College 'REGULATED MEMBERS'?
Could this be assessed by Albertans as THE THREE MINISTERS OF JUSTICE IN YOUR CABINET, OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE?
Ms. P Meade was appointed by your current Minister of Health, Hon. Ron Liepert, to head the new Health Superboard after she demonstrated clearly unethical and irresponsible performance while serving as Deputy Minister of Health & Wellness (Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock). Why was she appointed?
ALBERTANS expect you as their PREMIER to take responsibility for the performance of your ministers.
Please respond at your earliest convenience"

GROSS NEGLIGENCE - CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE
Definitions: Gross Negligence -Failure to exercise a reasonable degree of care
Criminal Negligence - Failure to protect other persons
There is no doubt that EX-Premier Ed Stelmach showed gross negligence in willfully ignoring Registered Letters from Albertans.
ALBERTANS JUDGE - that when these letters contain proof of Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death, and are still willfully ignored by Ed Stelmach, then this behavior indeed constitutes CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE.
Albertans wait impatiently for EX-Premier Ed Stelmach, Alison Redford, Dave Hancock, Ron Stevens & Ron Liepert, to address the above materials.
