FRED HORNE REFUSES TO ANSWER GENE ZWOZDESKY'S LETTER AND REFUSES TO CONTACT DR. DOUGLAS ANDERSON, CONCERNING WRONGDOING BY AUTHORITIES IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM OF ALBERTA

A copy of the letter dated July 9, 20012 sent to Dr. D. Anderson from Gene Zwozdesky and copied to Fred Horne, follows:

"Thank you for providing me with a copy of your letter addressed to the Honourable Stephen Harper regarding Health Care in Alberta specific to patient neglect and needless suffering.  Please be assured that I appreciate being made aware of your concerns.  As such, I have taken the liberty of forwarding a copy of your letter to my colleague, the Hon. Fred Horne, Minister of Health and Wellness, for his review.  Thank you, once again, Douglas; best wishes with all of your endeavours as well"

To this day Fred Horne has never made any contact with Dr. D. Anderson - WHY?
Albertans are alarmed that Ex-Minister of Health (Gene Zwozdesky) communicated with
Dr. D. Anderson but our current Minister of Health Fred Horne refuses to make any contact with
Dr. D. Anderson - How come?

FRED HORNE REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF REGISTERED LETTERS CONCERNING WRONGDOING

Dr. D. Anderson has sent several Registered Letters to Minister of Health, Fred Horne.  This minister has not even extended the courtesy of acknowledging receipt of these letters. These letters were concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death as well as proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta!

FRED HORNE REFUSES TO ADDRESS DOCUMENTS ON WRONGDOING

The following materials which Fred Horne has possessed and refuses to address for several years, details wrongdoing by authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta:

(It is notewothy that Fred Horne served as Executive Assistant to then Health Minister Dave Hancock)

GROSS NEGLIGENCE  -  CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE

Definitions: Gross Negligence - Failure to exercise a reasonable degree of care
                 Criminal Negligence - Failure to protect other persons

Fred Horne has been in possession of the above incriminating materials for several years and refuses to address them.
There is no doubt that Fred Horne has shown Gross Negligence in willfully ignoring Registered Letters from Albertans.
ALBERTANS JUDGE - that when these letters contain proof of Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death, and are still willfully ignored by Fred Horne, then this behavior indeed constitutes CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE.

ALBERTANS ARE WAITING IMPATIENTLY FOR FRED HORNE TO "COME OUT OF HIDING" AND ADDRESS HIS CRIMINALITY.
