JUSTICE RON STEVEN'S WRONGDOING

Ron Stevens was appointed to the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta in May of 2009.
While Minister of Justice & Attorney General in the Alberta Government, he approved of severe wrongdoing from Jan. 4/08 to Sept. 17/08.
What was this wrongdoing?

WHAT WAS JUSTICE RON STEVEN'S WRONGDOING?

During a period of over 8 months this individual refused to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters, sent to him from Douglas L. Anderson, MD., FRCS(C), concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
Despite these numerous letters, Ron Stevens has refused to make contact with Dr. Anderson during the period January 2008 and January 2014.

GROSS NEGLIGENCE  -  CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE?

Definitions: Gross Negligence - Failure to exercise a reasonable degree of care
                      Criminal Negligence - Failure to protect other persons

There is no doubt that "Justice" Ron Stevens has shown gross negligence in willfully refusing to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters from Albertans.
ALBERTANS JUDGE - that when these letters contain proof of Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death, and are still willfully ignored by Justice Ron Stevens, then this behavior indeed constitutes CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE.

WHAT ARE ALBERTANS TO THINK OF "JUSTICE" RON STEVENS?

1. He occupied the HIGHEST POSITION OF TRUST in the provence of Alberta, as Minister of Justice and Attorney General.
2. He willfully refused to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters, over an 8 month period, from Albertans concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.

Albertans are now waiting impatiently for Justice Ron Stevens to "come out of hiding" and address his criminality.
