Three Health Care Authorities are accused of failing to protect the public and not giving Albertans the best possible quality of health care:

1. STELMACH GOVERNMENT:
               These five individuals are guilty of CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE:

- Premier Stelmach     (Premier of Alberta)
- Dave Hancock        (past Minister of Health & Wellness)
- Ron Liepert            (past Minister of Health & Wellness)
- Ron Stevens           (past Minister of Justice)
- Alison Redford       (past Minister of Justice)

2. THE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS OF ALBERTA is guilty of failing to self-regulate and approving incompetent investigations of patients complaints.

3. HEALTH QUALITY COUNCIL OF ALBERTA is guilty of failing to confront the Stelmach Government on its failure to address criminal negligence shown by its ministers in not addressing the quality of health care for Albertans.

In the eyes of Albertans - All three have failed:  STELMACH GOVERNMENT

3. Dr. Lorne Tyrrell (Chair-HQCA) has ignored Dr. Anderson since their meeting on Sept. 30/10,
    and has not returned the files that incriminate CPSA, to Dr. Anderson (despite several requests).

Dr. Anderson is prepared to testify under oath before a Public Judicial Inquiry, the accusations that he has made , outlined above.

Ed Stelmach is quoted as saying "I would sooner let it die".
Well, Ed - this will not die - A JUDICIAL INQUIRY IS ESSENTIAL.


ATTENTION PREMIER STELMACH - Albertans demand that you stop abusing them by your silence. Albertans await communication from you on their Health Care and you can start by addressing Dr. Anderson's document - "Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions".
