(BACKGROUND: Premier Stelmach's Change in Direction - On March 9/11 Premier Stelmach informed Albertans that he would not engage in a "wild goose chase" and would "just as soon let it die", but on March 10/11 he reversed himself & asked G. Zwozdesky to work with the HQCA to "clear the air").
EVIDENCE FOR LOSS OF TRUST IN HQCA

1. HQCA received Dr. Anderson's documents:
Document "Ministers of Stelmach Government refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions".
Document "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock" (July/08).
Document "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock" (Oct./08).
2. Document "Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions" outlines total STONEWALLING of Dr. Anderson by the Stelmach Government.
3. Document "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock" outlines the total irresponsibility of Hon. Dave Hancock (Minister of Health & Wellness) and his deputy Ms. P. Meade.
4. Document "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock" outlines the total irresponsibility of Premier Stelmach, Ron Liepert, Ron Stevens & Alison Redford.
5. Evidence since BLOG POSTING of Feb. 21, 2011:
- On Feb.7/11 in a registered letter to Dr. L. Tyrrell Dr. Anderson asked Dr. Tyrrell to return
Dr. Anderson's files (concerning CPSA LIES) to him.
- On March 3/11 the above registered letter was returned to Dr. Anderson by the Canadian Postal
Service, unopened and marked "Return to Sender". The address and name was accurate. The
mail carrier had not observed this situation before.
- On March 4/11, Dr. D. Anderson delivered personally a duplicate copy of the above registered letter
along with its enclosures, to the staff of HQCA at # 519, 10235 - 101 Street, Edmonton AB. , &
was assured by the staff that this letter would be delivered to Dr. L. Tyrrell.
- Since September 30, 2010 Dr. Anderson has not received any communication from Dr. L. Tyrrell
and has not had his files returned to him.
IS THE HEALTH
QUALITY COUNCIL OF ALBERTA
TRUSTWORTHY? ----------------- ALBERTANS SAY NO.
The Health Care problems in Alberta must be investigated by a truly independent and open
JUDICIAL INQUIRY and not a "review" by a mistrusted HQCA. Tory leadership-hopeful
Doug Griffiths supports the calls from five opposition politicians for a Public Inquiry.
When will Premier Stelmach and his Cabinet comprehend, (as Doug Griffiths has) that the only way of removing the stress of Albertans over the problems in their health care is through a Public Enquiry
Why would Stelmach & Cabinet not be the first to embrace a Judicial Inquiry?
