All three of these contestants refuse to acknowledge receipt of Registered Letters mailed to them by Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson on June 4, 2014 concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering and Risk of Patient Death.  This serious wrongdoing was ignored willfully by numerous Health Care Authorities in Alberta, who were identified in documents that the contestants refused to address.
