WHAT IS THIS CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE?
Premiers Stelmach, Redford & Hancock refuse to address documents that show wrongdoing in the following areas:

1. CABINETS: HEALTH & JUSTICE
Senior members in the cabinets to premiers Stelmach, Redford, QC and Hancock, QC
ignored serious wrongdoing and refused to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters sent to them by Albertans concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.
Who were these members of cabinet?

Ministers of Justice:

- Ron Stephens, QC (deceased)
- Alison Redford, QC

2. COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS OF ALBERTA (CPSA)
This body closed patient complaint file after conducting a totally flawed 'investigation' of these complaints. LIES were used by college staff (Drs. Trevor Theman & K. Mazurek) to justify the closing of patient file.
The President of CPSA (Dr. James Bell) informed Surgeon Anderson that it was wrong to expose wrongdoing of senior employees of the CPSA.
Surgeon Anderson sent two letters to all Board Members of the CPSA urging them to take action on their errant employees. These letters were ignored by all members off the board and no reply was given.
Surgeon Anderson was informed by the Registrar of the CPSA (Dr. T. Theman) that he would refuse to communicate with Surgeon Anderson in the future.
This body protect its members at the expense of protecting Albertans and obviously refuses to discipline its members and employees for wrongdoing.
This body has FAILED TO "SELF-REGULATE".
3. HEALTH QUALITY COUNCIL OF ALBERTA (HQCA)
This body was asked by Albertans to investigate the serious wrongdoing of the CPSA.
Multiple Registered Letters were sent to Board Chairmen of this body, Drs: Lorne Tyrrell & Anthony Fields, that were ignored.
The Executive Secretary of this body, Dr. John Cowel wrote to Surgeon Anderson informing him that the HQCA was "not in a position" to address documents:
- Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock
- Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock
A meeting with Drs. Tyrrell, Cowel & Anderson was held (at Surgeon Anderson's insistence) on September 30, 2010, at which time Surgeon Anderson insisted on changes to be made to the way the
Investigative Process of patient complaints submitted to the CPSA were assessed. These suggested changes were ignored by the HQCA.
At the conclusion of this meeting Chairman Tyrrell borrowed the personal files of Surgeon Anderson detailing the totally flawed patient investigation of the CPSA.
Dr. Tyrrell returned these files to Surgeon Anderson several months later with NO COMMENT.
It is noteworthy that Chairman Tyrrell is a former officer of the CPSA and a "booster" of Dr. K. Mazurek.
A later letter from Dr. Cowel informed Surgeon Anderson that the HQCA did not want to receive any further communications from him.
4. PREMIERS-IN-WAITING
One of these three, Prentice, QC, McIver or Lukaszuk, will be "crowned" the next Premier of Alberta after September 6, 2014
None of these candidates for the premiers chair dare to acknowledge receipt of a Registered Letter sent to them from Surgeon Anderson on June 4/14 concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death. A response was requested but none have been received.
Can Albeertans trust Prentice, QC, McIver or Lukaszuk?
5. LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERA
This society refuses to recognize CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE to Albertans by several members of this society. Albertans judge refusal of members to acknowledge receipt of Registered Letters concerning Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death, as just reason to investigate further.
President Feth of this society refuses to communicate with Surgeon Anderson - Why?

6. SUN NEWS MEDIA - NO RESPONSE
On August 6, 2014 Surgeon Anderson sent a Registered Letter to Don Bell (Calgary Sun) and
Lorne Gunter (Edmonton Sun) with proven evidence of wrongdoing by Authorities in the Health Care System of Alberta. This evidence included Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering and Risk of Patiient Death. These letters requested a prompt reply.
Neither Mr. Bell or Mr. Gunter has acknowledged receipt of these letters!
Is the Mainstream News Media intimidated by a powerful provincial government?
WHO PRODUCED THESE INCRIMINATING DOCUMENTS
Retired Eye Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson produced these documents. Dr. Anderson was abused badly by the CPSA and the HQCA and found it his duty to report to Albertans the abuse that he suffered in trying to expose serious wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities within the Health Care System of Alberta.
Since 2005, at no time did any of these three premiers or designates, arrange a meeting with Surgeon Anderson to discuss wrongdoing and its correction
WHAT IS THE NEXT PREMIER OF ALBERTA DOING ABOUT THIS CORRUPTION?
On September 6, 2014 Albertans will be subjected to a new premier - who has chosen to join the corruption of Stelmach, Redford & Hancock.
Jim Prentice, QC, Thomas Lukaszuk & Ric McIver still have an opportunity to divorce themselves from this corruption but time is running out.
