LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA FAILS AGAIN
The Law Society of Alberta sent Surgeon Anderson the following letter dated August 13, 2014
(Lewis Wasel, Complaints Officer):
"Re: Dave Hancock - our file No. 20141879. Your letter dated August 8, 2014 addressed to Mr. Kevin Feth, President of the Law Society, has been received in this office. The President and Benchers are not involved in the administrative aspects of the complaints process since they may be called upon to adjudicate if a complaint is directed to a hearing. The administration of the complaints process is handled by staff members of the Law Society.
You have alleged that Mr. Hancock and other present and past elected members of government have committed criminal negligence although you have not specified any facts on which those allegations are based. If you are complaining of criminal activity, your complaints ought to be directed to the police tather than the Law Society.
If it comes to the attention of the Law Society that a lawyer has been charged or convicted of a criminal offence, it is possible that disciplinary action by the Law Society may follow.
Your communications do not contain any information that would cause the Law Society to take any action".

In part, this posting states: ' Albertans are concerned with Criminal Negligence of members of the Law Society of Alberta regardless of where this criminality was committed. Albertans judge that the Law Society of Alberta is deeply involved in all charges of Criminal Negligence against members of this society '.
ALBERTANS HAVE VITAL ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED BY THE LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA
1. Several members of this society are accused by Albertans of Gross or Criminal Negligence.
Evidence of the Proven Severe Gross Wrongdoing is clearly displayed in the following materials:

2. The Law Society of Alberta refuses to address these materials.
3. Albertans charge that if a member of the Law Society of Alberta is quilty of proven Gross or Criminal Negligence, this society must deal appropriately with this accusation. To call in the police for assistance is ridiculous. Is the Law Society of Alberta not able to assess Gross Wrongdoing or Criminality of its members without police assistance?
4. Can a member, who is guilty of proven Gross or Criminal Wrongdoing, still be accepted as a member of this society?
WHEN WILL SUN MEDIA EXPOSE HANCOCK GROSS WRONGDOING OR CRIMINALITY?
