HISTORY OF PATHETIC RESPONSE FROM LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA

April 9/14:  Surgeon Anderson sent the following letter to President Kevin Feth (Law Society of Alberta)- "Albertans are very upset with the hiding of serious wrongdoing by two members of the Law Society of Alberta. These two members are Alison Merrilla Redford & David Graeme Hancock.  
Albertans urge the 18 QC BENCHERS of the Law Society of Alberta to address the following materials (which Redford & Hancock refuse to address) that details this wrongdoing:
1. Document: " The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
2. Document: " Addendum to the Anderson Journal of the Hon. Dave Hancock".
3. Blog Site: http://medics-fail-to-self-regulate.blogspot.ca

Please find enclosed the current posting on this Blog Site - "Redford-Hancock - Dual Criminals - Modern-Day White Collar Bobbie & Clyde" Albertans also request that  (unlike Mrs. Redford & Mr. Hancock)  the Law Society of Alberta acknowledge receiving communications".

May 13/14: Kevin Feth sent the following letter to Surgeon Anderson: " I have invited Mr. Thompson, QC and his designates to respond to your correspondence ".

June 23/14: Registered Letter from Surgeon D. Anderson to Kevin Feth which states -
" It is now 75 days since I first informed you of serious wrongdoing by members in the Law Society of Alberta.  Albertans wait impatiently for information from you on any action that the Law Society of Alberta has taken to address this serious problem.  Please find enclosed a copy of the current Blog Posting "Law Society Procrastinates on Addressing wrongdoing of members - Why?

July 26/14: Blog Posting - " Alberta Regulator of Lawyers - Fails " emailed to all Alberta MLA's
Mainstream News Media & Faculties of Law in Edmonton & Calgary.

Aug. 5/14: Letter from Lewis Wasel (Complaints Resolution Officer) Law Society of Alberta,
which states:  " Re - David Hancock - File # 20141879.  Your inquiry has been assigned to me.
It appears that your concern is about government and political matters. Mr. Hancock is the Premier of Alberta.  Your issues appear to be about him in that context and not about anything to do with the practice of law. Therefore, there is no basis for the Law Society to become involved".

REACTION OF ALBERTANS TO PATHETIC RESPONSE

1. Wasel's letter analysed: The statement - 'It appears that your concern is about government and political matters ' .  THIS STATEMENT IS WRONG!
Albertans are concerned with Criminal Negligence of members of the LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA regardless of where this criminality was committed.

2. Albertans judge that the Law Society if Alberta is deeply involved in all charges of Criminal Negligence against members of this society.

3. Albertans also observe that the Law Society of Alberta has ignored charges of Criminal Negligence directed  at members -
- Alison Redford, QC.
- Ron Stevens, QC (Deceased)
- Verlyn Olson, QC.
- L. Denis, QC.

4. Albertans also observe that the Law Society of Alberta ignores the charge that member
Jim Prentice, QC has been fully informed of Criminal Negligence of the above lawyers but refuses to comment on this criminality.


ALBERTANS CONCLUDE

1. The Law Society of Alberta protect its member lawyers at the expense of protecting Albertans.

2. The failure of the Law Society of Alberta to expose prominent lawyers for criminality is probably the fear that Government Contracts to some law firms might be cancelled.

Albertans request that  Kevin Feth, President of the Law Society of Alberta, respond to these serious charges by Albertans (and not a response from Lewis Wasel - please).

This Blog Posting is being sent by email to Alberta MLA's, the Main Stream News Media, the Faculties of Law in Edmonton & Calgary - as will as a Registered Letter with a copy of this current posting being sent to Kevin Feth.
