Hancock, QC received the following two documents by Registered Mail in 2008. Copies of these documents were sent to Hancock, QC by Registered Mail on July 18, 2014, and a prompt reply from him on the contents was requested.  He refused to acknowledge receipt of multiple Registered Letters.

These documents and Registered Letters were sent to Hancock, QC from Surgeon Douglas L. Anderson.

2. Document: "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock"

Hancock, QC has ignored the original mailing in 2008 and this more recent mailing.  In a democratic jurisdiction, whether Hancock, QC agrees or disagrees with an issue, does not give him the privilege of refusing to communicate.

ALBERTANS INSIST THAT PREMIER HANCOCK ADDRESS THESE DOCUMENTS

Hancock, QC will remain the Premier of Alberta until September 6, 2014.
It is essential that Hancock, QC address these documents before he leaves the office of premier.

A public servant does not have the privilege of ignoring those who put him in power and refusing to communicate with them.
