Blog Posting of Jan. 13, 2016 is titled- " Premier Notley-Anemic Response to Wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities of Alberta (Part Two) ".
This Blog Posting shows clearly that Premier Notley refuses to address proven wrongdoing by Health Care Authorities in Alberta.

Since this Blog Posting of Jan. 13, 2016, Premier Notley has made no contact with Surgeon Anderson, despite numerous requests.

Premier Notley has instructed the Alberta Health Ministry (Hon. Sarah Hoffman) and Alberta Justice Ministry (Hon. Kathleen Ganley) to address Surgeon Anderson's concerns.
Neither of these Ministries have made any contact with Surgeon Anderson!

PREMIER RACHEL NOTLEY, QC REFUSES TO ADDRESS INCRIMINATING DOCUMENTS

Since becoming Premier of Alberta in May 2015, Rachel Notley has had delivered to her constituency office, personally by Surgeon Anderson, the following incriminating documents:
1. "The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
2. "Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock".
3. "Five Tory Alberta Ministers of Health - Hide Criminal Negligence for 10 Years".
4. "Four Tory Alberta Ministers of Justice - Abuse Surgeon & Hide Criminality".

(in addition: Hon. Sarah Hoffman refuses to address Private Documents of Surgeon Anderson that show clearly that the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) sanction Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering and Rick of Patient Death)

"The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock" shows clearly:

Health Minister Dave Hancock & Deputy Health Minister Ms. Paddy Meade ignored numerous Registered Letters over a 5 month period from Surgeon Douglas Anderson concerning proven Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death that was ignored by the College opf Physicians & Surgeon of Alberta (SPSA) & the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA).
Health Minister Hancock refused to fulfill his government duty to investigate CPSA for failure to protect the public from harm by its member medical doctors.
CPSA is a Self-Regulated Body.  The primary responsibility of a Self-Regulated body is Protection of the Public.
Unfortunately, CPSA has failed to Self-Regulate in a manor that assures public safety.

This 17th Premier of Alberta, Premier Rachel Notley, QC has ignored all four of these documents and has taken no action.

AGE & HEALTH CONDITION

By ignoring Surgeon Anderson's deep concerns over wrongdoing by Alberta Health Care Authorities, Premier Notley has caused Surgeon Anderson to suffer from frequent insomnia.
This has been a great strain on Surgeon Anderson.
Surgeon Anderson is 84 years of age and has several coronary artery stents and a pacemaker.
