MINISTRY OF HEALTH (MINISTER SARAH HOFFMAN) STILL REFUSES TO COMMUNICATE WITH SURGEON DOUGLAS ANDERSON ON WRONGDOING

Since the Notley Government was elected in May 2015, Surgeon Anderson has received no communication from the Alberta Ministry of Health (Minister Sarah Hoffman) in response to his deep concerns pertaining to proven wrongdoing by authorities in the Alberta Health Care System.
The only response Surgeon Anderson has received from the Notley Government are two emails that he received from two MLA Constituency Assistants, as follows:

1. Dec. 14, 2016: Katy Campbell (Hon. M. Schmidt)- "Thank you for getting in touch with us.  I know Minister Schmidt enjoyed the game.  I called my counterpart at the Edmonton-Riverview constituency office to enquire as to the status of your file there and it sounds like they are actively working to keep up to date on developments as they come in.  The caseworker there, Bo Zhang, has just requested another update from the Health Ministry. I would suggest getting in contact with him for further information. You can reach him by email at bo.zhang@assembly.ab.ca   Kind Regards".

2. Jan. 4, 2017: Bo Zhang (Hon. L. Sigurdson)-  "On behalf of Minister Sigurdson thank you for expressing your concerns to our office related to your concerns.  Our office has reviewed your material and have connected with the Ministry of Health regarding them.  Our office has been informed by the Ministry that you have been in contact with them and they have responded to your concerns.
As stated, the Minister of Health does not become involved in individual complaints brought against a regulatory college; however, concerns raised about the actions and decisions of a regulatory college can be brought to the Alberta Ombudsman, who has the legislative authority to investigate such complaints.
If you wish to pursue this matter further, you may contact the Alberta Ombudsman at info@ombudsman.ab.ca or 1-888-455-2756.  More information about the Ombudsman is available at www.ombudsman.ab.ca
As the Government of Alberta does not interfere with private law matters between citizens and other parties, such as physicians, another option is for you to pursue legal action.  The Law Society of Alberta provides a free lawyer referral service which can be utilized by visiting www.lawsociety.ab.ca or by calling 780-429-3343".

ERRORS & QUESTIONS ARISING FROM BO ZHANG'S EMAIL

1. "--- they have responded to your concerns (Alberta Ministry of Health):

Surgeon Anderson's Response: Surgeon Anderson has never received any communication from the Ministry of Health in the Notley Government.

2. "The Ministry of Health does not become involved in individual complaints brought against a regulatory college"

Surgeon Anderson's Interpretation: If more than one citizen complains - then the Minister becomes involved - Is this true?

3. "As the Gov. of Alberta does not interfere with private law matters between citizens and other parties, such as physicians---".

Surgeon Anderson's Clarification:
"Law Matters" is not the focus of Surgeon Anderson's complaints.  The focus of Surgeon Anderson's complaints is - The Notley Government refuses to discharge its duty to investigate a regulatory college (College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta) with a proven record of failure to protect the public from Patient Neglect, Needless Suffering & Risk of Patient Death.

Would Hon. L. Sigurdson and Hon. S. Hoffman please clarify these errors and answer the questions?
