Weekly report ending May 22/11 on Premier Stelmach and his political henchmen, is unfortunately what all Albertans expected - a further week of Stonewalling and no communication by Premier Stelmach on the issues outlined by Dr. D. Anderson.


TYRRELL - STELMACH  ACT  SECRETIVELY


PARTIES


1. TYRRELL: This is the HQCA FACTOR in this alliance.
     Dr. Lorne Tyrrell is the "top" official of The HQCA (Chair of Governance).

2. STELMACH: This is the GOV. OF ALBERTA FACTOR in this alliance.
    Ed Stelmach is the Premier of Alberta ("top" official in the Gov. of Alberta).

SECRECY OF THESE TWO PARTIES


In this alliance, these two parties have full knowledge of the proven wrongdoing of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) as revealed by Dr. D. Anderson's three documents, and yet they continue to  STONEWALL ALBERTANS:

1. " Ministers of Stelmach Government Refuse to Answer Surgeon's Questions ".
2. " The Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock ".
3. " Addendum to the Anderson Journal on the Hon. Dave Hancock ".

REFUSALS DISPLAYED BY THE TYRRELL-STELMACH ALLIANCE


The Stelmach Factor & the Tyrrell Factor refuse to expose the wrongdoing of the CPSA to Albertans.
Evidence of refusal to expose CPSA by these two parties is clear:

1. Premier Stelmach has refused to acknowledge receipt of numerous Registered Letters (yet alone address the contents) sent to him by Dr. D. Anderson for almost 4 years, concerning the wrongdoing of the CPSA and the neglect of his ministers on this issue!

2. Dr. Lorne Tyrrell has refused to:
- meet with Dr. Anderson
- correspond with Dr. Anderson
- comment on Dr. Anderson's above three documents.

AUTHORITY OF AUTHORITIES


1. STELMACH FACTOR - GOV. OF ALBERT (grants) TYRRELL FACTOR - HEALTH QUALITY COUNCIL OF ALBERTA -  the authority to conduct a "REVIEW" of the "ills" of the Alberta Health Care System. This is complicated by the fact that both Stelmach & Tyrrell have refused to reveal to Albertans the wrongdoing of the CPSA.
DOES THIS NOT MAKE ANY "REVIEW" A SHAM?


2. TYRRELL FACTOR - HQCA.  Dr. Lorne Tyrrell has been fully informed of the wrongdoing of the CPSA and has taken no action.  The Board of Governance of the HQCA (of which Dr. L. Tyrrell is the Chair) has the Authority to fire any employee of HQCA who does not act in the public interest to protect the health of Albertans.


3. The Stelmach Government has the authority to dismiss the Board of Governance of the HQCA for failure to act in the best interests of Albertans in their health care.




Albertans have the right to know why they are not being informed about the WRONGDOING OF THE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS OF ALBERTA.  This wrongdoing is one of the important "ills" of the Health Care System of Alberta.


AN OPEN PUBLIC JUDICIAL INQUIRY IS ESSENTIAL
to examine these ills.
