Weekly report ending May 15/11 on Premier Stelmach and his political henchmen, is unfortunately what all Albertans expected - a further week of Stonewalling & no communication by Premier Stelmach on the health care issues outlined by Dr. D. Anderson.

It is sad what has happened to Dr. Lorne Tyrrell. He has so many honored achievements including:
1. Former Dean of Medicine & Dentistry - University of Alberta.
2. Former Councilor of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta.
3. Current Officer of the Order of Canada by the Government of Canada.
Yet, he has failed in the eyes of Albertans in his responsibility for their Health Care.
TYRRELL RETURNS PRIVATE FILES IN SHAME - MAY 12, 2011
Between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm
After ignoring Dr. D. Anderson's multiple requests to Dr. Tyrrell since Sept. 30/10 for a return of his private files loaned to Dr. Tyrrell, the first contact of Dr. Anderson with Dr. Tyrrell was an undated, unsealed piece of paper left in Dr. Anderson's home mail box, which was a photocopy of a message written by Dr. Tyrrell which stated "Dear Dr. Anderson. I have been to your house twice to deliver your notes and unfortunately I have not felt comfortable in leaving them without giving them to you or your wife personally. Please send me your phone number to my e-mail so I can deliver your papers. My e-mail is lorne.tyrrell@ualberta.ca - Lorne Tyrrell".
Questions:
1. Why would Dr. Tyrrell not find Dr. Anderson's phone number easily in the Edmonton phone book or from previous correspondence with himself or employee, Dr. John Cowell (CEO - HQCA)?
2. Why would Dr. Tyrrell not use any one of a number of commercial delivery companies to return Dr. Anderson's files to him?
An undated, unsealed, photocopied piece of paper left in a mailbox is a most unprofessional way of communicating with anyone!
At 6:10 pm
Dr. Lorne Tyrrell delivered personally to Dr. Anderson at the Anderson's residence front door the personal files that Dr. Anderson had been requesting repeatedly since
Sept. 30/10.
The events of May 12 show Dr. Tyrrell's phony behaviour.
DR. LORNE TYRRELL MUST EXPLAIN TO ALBERTANS
Dr. L. Tyrrell is the "top" official of the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA).
He is the Chair of Governance of this body. This is the body that Premier Stelmach has entrusted to "Clear the Air" of the serious ills that confront Albertans with their Health Care, through a "REVIEW".
To earn the trust of Albertans, Dr. Tyrrell must inform Albertans on the following:
1. Meeting of Drs. Tyrrell, Cowell & Anderson - Sept. 30, 2010
- What was the purpose of this meeting?
- What was resolved during this meeting?
- What was Dr. Tyrrell's reason for accepting Dr. Anderson's files on loan to him which detailed the
wrongdoing of the CPSA?
2. Why did Dr. Tyrrell not return to Dr. Anderson his private files on the wrongdoing of the CPSA until May 12/11 (a period of over 7 months) despite numerous requests for their return?
3. Why would Dr. Tyrrell refuse the following, during the period Sept. 30/10 to May 12/11:
- refusal to meet with Dr. Anderson over suggested reforms to the CPSA?
- refusal to correspond with Dr. Anderson?
- refusal to address Dr. Anderson's three documents?

4. Why would Dr. Tyrrell (or agent) leave a completely unprofessional piece of paper in Dr. Anderson's home mail box?
5. Why would Dr. Tyrrell deliver the requested private files to Dr. Anderson personally, when commercial delivery is readily available?
6. Why would Dr. Tyrrell turn over the private files of Dr. Anderson face to face with Dr. Anderson, then turn and silently walk away from Dr. Anderson, without any comment on all of the above concerns of Dr. Anderson?
Dr. Lorne Tyrrell is hiding wrongdoing of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta from public exposure - WHY?
Is this appalling behavior of Dr. Tyrrell concerning health care issues brought to his attention by Dr. Anderson, the moral and ethical standard by which Albertans wish to entrust their health care through a "REVIEW by the HQCA (of which Dr. Tyrrell is the "top" official?
