1. Refusal of authorities to address important documents.
2. Refusal of authorities to answer important questions that Albertans have asked about their health care.
3. Refusal of authorities to release and return to the owner, important files that incriminate the
    CPSA of wrongdoing.

The following letter was sent by Dr. D. Anderson to Dr. L. Tyrrell, Chair of the Health Quality Council of Alberta on May 4, 2011:

"Please find enclosed a copy of my letter of April 22, 2011 sent to Dr. J. Cowell (CEO of HQCA) and copied to you and Premier Ed Stelmach.  I am now appealing to you, once again for the return of my private files, which I loaned to you on September 30, 2010 which are clearly labelled - 'Property of Douglas L. Anderson' and contain evidence of wrongdoing by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta.  I continue my long wait for my files".
